Victim/Caretaker Lens #2

1. My preference for the Victim/Caretaker Lens falls in the score range of 14. It is one of my highest lens.

2. This lens can be a great communicative tool because.

A. It can help ensure that the victim’s right are represented fairly and be an incentive to help the victim obtain the fairness that is due them. Further because the victim feels traumatized by situations beyond their control this allows discussion of unethical practices being done and hopefully these issues can be discussed, circumvented, prevented and stopped in future practices.

B. The Caretaker is also a great supporter in the communication factor because it allows them to fight for the victim’s rights. Also, being the caretaker mean finding ways to help the victim with whatever problem by communicating on behalf of the victim with different agencies. Because of the victim’s plight the Caretaker is exposed to many facets of injustices and able to help solve and resolve by representing them verbally and physically.
