Progress Report

I. Further evaluation of Forensic Psychologist Analysis of Crime Scenes Evidence Modification & Streamline Proposal (CAD Crime Scene Reinvent) Software Package is ensuing.

II. The purpose of this progress report is to relay the continued testing of the software package to reinvent the scene in direct or simulated physicality format which takes the image of the physical scene and breaks it down into modules to give the court system a slow methodical re-enaction of the scene carried through step by step. Minute details will be examined and detailed reports are being compiled to relay to examiner of the proposal the evidence of its feasibility and usefulness. Correlated reports are being checked to further test the software validity and reflect the ration of eliminating errors and the odds of checking, catching and correcting glitches.

III. Crime Scene Examination Process and Progressive Situational Testing

A. The creation of several scenarios are being done with the analysis of situational crime and a compiling of evidence for each scene and the initialization will begin the analysis of the recreated scenario with the old CAD system and the new proposed CAD Crime Scene Reinvent Software Package.

B. Testing of the old CAD system will continue and further analysis of the CAD Crime Scene Reinvent Software Package to remove the old system and put it into obsolescence and increase the flexibility of the new system by writing new mini programs and installing a new computer language to accommodate future changes.

C. Visual effects are being tested that will increase, magnify and reflect the new systems clarity and better visual capabilities and attempts are being made and modified to slow down the visual effects more and check if the clarity of images will increase and whether the probabilities can be altered or maintained.

D. All modifications and updates to CAD Crime Scene Reinvent software will be relayed to the U.S. Security and Crime Prevention Team to test effectiveness and sound proof errors or options that they would like to have incorporated in the software package.

E. Further testing of the sequential number format will be deviated and altered to the easier accessibility for the Police Department and Investigative Teams only. Additional triggers will be entered and accessibility and functionality will be analyzed.

F. Additional funding is being sought to continue projective software continuance and alteration and increase the conciseness and accuracy.

IV. Scope

Discreet questionnaires and selective clients are being contacted to check if feasible to continue.

V. Time Schedule

Time schedule is flexible due to the amount of time that modifications and changes will have to be tested.

VI. Facilities

Facilities are being modified to accommodate new equipment purchased.

VII. Budget

Funds are being solicited to continue to pay developers on a time basis. Personnel consists of three certified and licensed software developers.

VIII. Conclusion

Continue the modification of software package to reflect possible changes and submit questions to perspective clients that they would possibly like inserted in software package.
