Criminal Law - Last Thougnts

In this class, I learned a lot of details about Free Speech and its entitlement in this country,
assault and battery and the nuances between the two and the time frame for serving, theft
and the crime of grazing in the store (quite amusing). Amazing that I can still retain my sense of humor
and just see someone munching through the store’s profit.
Cybercrime was interesting and how they have steps to catch people.
Three major concepts are:
1. That punishment will not be executed unless a crime has been committed.

2. That there are essential elements of a crime.

3. That criminal liability will be established as well as responsibility and the determination to commit a crime.
Based on what I learned my goal is not to break any laws, stay neutral and probably go into the security business later or something.
