What is the purpose of drug courts?
The purpose of a drug court is to monitor closely any drug offenders who partake in usage of drugs and have in possession. This court provides assistance by mandating that the offender is placed in a substance abuse treatment facility in lieu of jail time. The offender is tested frequently to ensure continued obeying of non-substance use and must attend meetings to help the recovery process.
What do you think will be their future?
I think it is very positive based on information provided that taxpayers are being spared a considerable amount of funds in taxes and the future looks bright.
