QUESTION: Describe your life one month before your 90th Birthday.
Eagerly awaiting the big “90”, I am doing all the things I like to do. Playing with the grand kids and just still trying to go out with my significant other to the blues and jazz escapades. Looking at movies and marveling at the new science fiction movies and the awesome scenes of illusion and delusions.
Writing poem after poem of mystery, life and intrigue and staging scenarios of life and play with the young ones and looking into my play crystal ball and pretending to be a forture teller. Saying to the kids that I see weekly on a volunteer basis which card is unique and which isn’t? Listening to the loud high pitch chattering and raised hands I pick one to answer for all.
Smiling gently at the winner and those who did win the chance I ask what is the answer and give great praise for the most terrific answer I have heard. Keeping up with household chores I allow my music to play and render it not a chore but a position of notes in the symphony of notes and flow.
