Further discussed is the role of the perpetrator in these crimes and the level of activity and continued danger to all citizens in this country and the need to be safe.

In this country the crime rate has steadily spiraled upward with the increases in new technology which relates to the following listed crimes. There are approximately seven major crimes which fall under federal jurisdiction and they are as follows and should be reported as usual using the same procedure:
Murder, Forcible Rape, Robbery, Aggravated Assault (Assault with intent to commit murder), Property Crime, Burglary, Larceny-Theft, Motor Vehicle Theft, Arson and Manslaughter
Each crime that is committed is reported by each city, county, state, tribal and federal law enforcement agencies to present a nationwide view of crime that is administered by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.) and compiled into a Uniform Crime Report that is done on a semi-annual basis and makes disseminating information to the public easier. Yearly reports on these crimes are done and compiled into comparative reports to study the level of criminality in each section that reports criminal acts and studied by task forces in the F.B.I. Each crime has a statute that dictates the amount of time that has to be served for each offense and also reflects the timeframe for serving co-current sentences.
Proceeding further is the question of what are these crimes and who commits these acts against societal and legalistic norms. One of the crimes discussed is Murder which is the killing of another human being in a willful, intentional, calculated and planned act of violence and rage. People who commit murder are predominately in low structural communes where there is a high rate of poverty, crime and little protection from predators. Also, the victim of such a crime usually are women, elderly, disabled, teenagers, men or women in groups or gangs, children and strangers. Most of these murders committed are usually done in lone houses, neighborhoods that do not have neighborhood watch, dark areas which has poor lighting, big and small cities, parties (house or otherwise), apartment complexes, bars, stores and drive-by on streets. The trend for this crime is up and there seems to be prevalence for some who have been raised outside social norms to have an indifference of fear of reprisals and have the need to make a name for themselves on the street.
Next, comes the crime of Forcible Rape which is the “Carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will.” and includes using brutish strength against her to prevent escape, forced intercourse and other sex offenses. People who commit this act are people who feel the need to dominate and suppress another’s will and use this act to hurt her mentally and physically to cause her destruction. The people targeted are usually independent, opinionated, strong-willed and self-assured, attractive, standoffish and distant. This crime is usually committed in a person’s home, work place, secluded bathrooms, alleys, dark areas, parks, darkened areas, low

police patrol areas, colleges, stores, big and small cities and other areas. The trend for this crime is on an increase due to lack of sympathy for the victims and a decided lack to provide information to incriminate the suspect.
Robbery is the forcible taking of anything of value from a person by threatening physical injury or death. People who commit this crime are usually poverty stricken individuals, conditioned criminals, teenagers who want the thrill of being the suppressor and taker for a change and want to get something for nothing. The victims of this type of crime are the disabled, elderly, teenagers, young adults and anyone who is being stalked. Further this type of crime happens at malls, parking lots, grocery stores, anywhere someone is walking, darkened areas with no security or cameras, big and small cities and near high ticket stores. The trend for this crime is increasing because of the slump in economy, lack of jobs and financial instability.
Aggravated Assault (Assault with Intent to commit murder) is the unlawful attack on another person to inflict severe or aggravated injury with a weapon that increases the chance of death due to injury sustained. Further the use of a gun or knife against another constitutes action to kill, maim and destroy. People who typically commit these crimes disregard societal norms frequently and have no respect for the victim’s right to health or life and usually are from areas where they are conditioned to live violently to survive. This type of crime is usually committed at bars, parties, people gathering, clubs, malls, movies, on the street, work and other areas. The trend for this crime is increasing due to stress, conflicts, clash of personalities, jealousy, hate crimes and relational problems.
Property Crime, Burglary, and Larceny-Theft are the unlawful intrusion on another’s property without their permission. All include the willful intent to cause malice and theft. People who commit one of these crimes are usually conditioned criminals, poverty stricken individuals, teenagers, young adults, sororities, gangs, foreigners and others. Victimized by these criminal acts are businesses, property owners (home), apartment building complexes, police, city managers, politicians, actors, supervisors, teenagers, college students, dope dealers and others. These crimes are being committed in the absence of the owner, in parking lots, streets, storages, driveways and numerous other places. This trend is increasing because of the ease of gain perceived by the perpetrators due to the economy but the threat of being caught receiving stolen goods has caused the thefts to level off instead of spiraling out of control.
Motor Vehicle Theft is the theft, removal and put in motion of a vehicle not owned by a perpetrator. People who commit this crime are usually conditioned criminals, females, teenagers and other adults. The victim of the crime is usually law-abiding citizens who have never committed a crime and other unsuspecting individuals. This crime is usually committed at malls,

homes, work, movie theaters, during travel, big and small cities and during shopping. The trend for this crime has increased but not radically due to the economy slump and preventive theft devices.
Arson is the willful and malicious burning or attempt to burn a house, business, public building, motor vehicle, aircraft or personal property. People who commit this crime are people previously convicted for arson, teenagers, mob, enemies, neighbors, young adults, foreigners and others. Victimized are long established businesses, property owners, teenagers, young adults and others. These crimes are committed in locations to enable escape and usually have poor visibility with few or no cameras. Also, these acts are done on people’s property (home), business, parked cars on street, warehouses, parking lots and numerous other places. This crime seems to be leveled and not done excessively but still exists as a problem.
As discussed above, some of these crimes listed have been an issue in this country for a long time and due to lack of equal allotment between people of this nation I expect crime levels or acts of criminality to continue to exist. Unfortunately, because of this caution should be prevalent and uppermost in every person’s mind and being safe is the goal for all located in this country.
