Escalation of Violence in Benghazi, Libya resulted in an attack against the U.S. Embassy
Civil unrest in Benghazi, Libya caused an unsettling amount of tension due to an offensive low-budget film produced by a 52 year old resident (Sam Bacile) in the United States whose residential address is in California and was promoted by an expatriate Egyptian Copt. This film was perceived as an insult to Islamic faith and led to an attack against the American Embassy by militiamen. During the fracas it led to the unfortunate killing of an U.S. Ambassador and three other employees and the wounding of another citizen of the United States and tremendous damage to the consulate dwelling and unknown casualties of Libya birth and deaths of the citizens of Benghazi, Libya.
In the midst of the clash between defenders of the U.S. Embassy and militiamen the confusion and mayhem was considerable and resulted in the clash of supporters for the United States and supporters of Islam. The movie was aired online caused unintentional offense to the respectable and honorable faith of Islam which was not the intent of the movie because this country of America allows the free voice of speech as well as the freedom to pray and subdue self to any religious pastime of choice and faith. Because of this the restrictive are never aimed to any race or person who worships the God of Allah.
We as a nation of freedom understand the need to have faith and prayer to fill the inner man. We as a nation do not condone unnecessary actions of violence when we can parlay and converse freely of any act that may cause unnecessary anger or hostility and feel all issues can be solved and mediated to change. We as a nation deplore the thought that we are residing in a country and would attempt or try to supplant established religious beliefs of any avenues that allow freedom of rights to pray and succeeding your life to Islamic faith and feel although our cultures are different we are still the same and wish the best for all to protect and serve the populace and its right to be free and worship freely and allow defense of any faith served.
