CRIME IS THE RESULT OF
Before discussing my theory of “Crime Is The Result Of”, varying degrees and factors in environment and inter-relationships of races, proceeding forward to laws that have been written to be enforced stringently have been fragrantly violated because of ever present psychological mindsets of people who do not feel these laws pertain to them and that they can usurp any authority placed to protect everyone from criminal acts. Everyone should realize that social norms are in effect and enforced to prevent the breakage of laws that are an invisible but plausible and tangible entity in itself. Also, social norms interact daily with social control to effectively prevent the behavioral patterns that erode these two psychological control points for the majority but it is noted that there is an insidious ploy to remove these two control points and that is how the beginning spiraling down into what crime is and the result of continuing desire to bend rules and manipulate circumstances to usurp laws by allowing predatory individuals that seek deviant mannerisms to fulfill inner pleasure of breaking rules and regulations and also allows them to flaunt their continual conquest of laws and governing officials.
Further, Richard Quinney states “Crime Is A Social Phenomenon.”, I disagree with his statement and assert crime is not a social phenomenon any more it is a vicious preplanned assault toward society, disabled people, elderly and the possessor of this mental mindset intention is to overthrow conventions and attack the elderly and disabled or any naïve person not alert to the danger of human predators that are resentful of their income and ability to survive because they have not become a “social pariah” as those who are classified as ex-convicts allowed reentry into society. Therefore, because of this crime is the result of jealousy, resentment, rejection of societal norms, seduction into the criminal world, society effects on individuals may criminalize certain behavior or effectively increase these behaviors, “professional criminals” study of the public’s ability to remain knowledgeable of criminality of circumstances that are ensuing,

deliberate manipulation of events, people, circumstances to ready an event to effectively conduct a crime, alienation of race, people to prevent protection of societal rights as a people to enable to commit a crime without retaliatory punishment to follow, secretive methods to hide crimes called mala in se that have been done and which have been outlawed in all societies and even less serious crimes called malum in se are hidden as well.
Further, crime is the result of lack of parental support and effective discipline and formation of good societal control and effective parenting to instill prohibitory values in children and extended family that affects not just children but the entire society as well. Consequently, without structure deviant and rebellious behavior is allowed to grow and accelerate until criminality is part of their natural persona and reject any social stigma because they feel that it does not pertain to them which allow increased acts of crime. Also, the lack of morality, integrity is also a big contributor to crime and deeds that are negated as nominal or no value. (Referenced to John Austin’s thoughts on morality effects or criminal conduct.) Continuing on, some further causes of crime include the socioeconomic environment where people live, e.g., the more poverty stricken an area the greater the crime rate vs. an area of more affluence with little or no crime. Also, socioeconomic factors in poverty stricken areas affect people adversely because they have no hope and are in continual despair and suffer mental anguish as well as trauma which relay and pertains to behavioral factors that reflects that these emotions bled over to enable criminal acts which support their bravado as being “ok” to act thusly and feel euphoric to have gotten away with any heinous or non-heinous or grievous act of criminality.
Furthermore, biological defects are also considered a contributing factor of causes of crimes which have resulted in special surgeries to prevent these rashes of criminal acts. Also, studies of twins and the possible propensity to act out

criminal tendencies based on studies of genetics. Further, found was less brain reaction to dangerous situations which propels criminal activity and produces an increased stimuli and disregard and lack of care for risk-taking in life threatening situations which would probably reflect high levels of dopamine produced in the brain and increased levels of aggression.
Consequently, these are some of the major factors that contribute to cause of crime and its continuance of behavioral problems for society and its law abiding citizens and entrapments surrounding.
