TO EVERYONE ALL OVER THE WORLD – PLEASE PRAY WITH ME AND LOVE GOD AND JESUS WITH ME
Merciful savior I come in the most humblest of myself beyond nothing I come for I am nothing
Lord
I am nothing for I have been cast into the pit of hell and forsaken by the many and told I am naught
Lord
As though words says seek ye the Kingdom of God and I will I will pray for thee
Lord
Provide nurture for each day is the Lord’s Breathe of Life for he saith I will enter thee and praise thee for thou art what
Lord
Know this the Hand of God is vengeance and is mercy for a son who honors his mother and father days long and a daughter who servitude is long as thy will
Lord
The Kingdom of Heaven is here for I saw it pass before my eye as I saw thee look at me with love and care and I said am I worthy Lord and I will always say nay for I am still sin
Lord
Jesus died for us all and I said nay not for me for I would die for you but I fear but what is fear but the thought or the shame for self that I am coward Lord still but my heart burns with heat of God’s Love and Protection but what I am Lord but the least
For again he asked and I said nay and shame of a coward suffuses my heart and I fear not only for myself but for others for too many lie and jeopardizes the whole and I ask again for mercy
Lord
Please breathe a little favor for a little is worth more than all the gold in the world so I can live forever in my heart and soul and I will stand and fight for thy might, justice and love fills me over
My thirst is for the Lord and his words of protection to shelter behind for living for him is my joy and to abide by his words the prophetic words of Allah when he say I come again
Please breathe on me Lord please breathe on me Lord for I am healed by the sanctity of all the round for I am healed by the sanctity of all the round for he say I am not here and there but round
May God have mercy and love us forever
Amen
-----Please pray with me on this coming Sunday for our Merciful God has gathered his sweet harvest and has given comfort, strength, mercy, grace for all those who have physically left us but still abide in our heart, mind, sight and sweet essence of our Lord for the shelter and safety of the sweet love of our Father God.

The Hands Roar with Dignity
As I come to the promise land my light and joy fulfill every thought and fiber of a being elated through
Look further on is every considered thought that close and open the doors of negative to positive
Hearts afire with chalice drawn do we chatise
For a life of stand endeavors the collection of faith, grace and mercy granted by God’s voice
Hearing the mighty flourishing sound looks alark to sing for his grace we will fulfill and pray forever
Considering eyes looks at all for we are not unheard but see a sword that lingers for the righteous to reflect a vengeance that laughs with mocking layers of sheer unadulterated fun

WELLNESS
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO ME TO BE WELL
Wellness, when I say this...I feel that one should be simultaneously at ease in mind as well as in spirit. One should be in an acceptable physical shape, which means that I think that a person would be in this cycle when they are satisfied with their present condition...a state of being happy, healthy, and has a feeling of prosperity...a feeling that they are achieving something. It is a time when a person feels that they are in control and content with their own power...and well adjusted to their environments. I feel that one needs to be a well-balanced person to achieve this goal and that a feeling of happiness should flow from that person. There should be a physical harmony between mind and body.
This is what I feel wellness is.

RELAXATION
How I Relax
I am interested in always finding ways to relax, to unwind, to sit down and enjoy life. One of the first things I do before I proceed to relax, is to find a quiet corner to sit in. I have trained myself in an informal way of how to release the tension that builds up very quickly.
First of all, I sit down in my corner, close my eyes, repeating the special word to myself over and over until I feel the tension leaving my body, breathing deeply all the time, as I proceed, I can feel my whole body relaxing until I feel that I am floating on air. I do this whenever I feel under strain or pressure. I have did this for quite some time and it has worked all the times I have used this method of relaxation.

Problem Solving
2
In scenario two the requirement of teaching students the ability to work independently, efficiently and be attentive to details by including all requested information is the goal. The problem that is prevalent is that my child is working on the project but has missing aspects and still the need is there to stress how important it is to be attentive and be precise in including all required details.
A factor that affects the project and process of using contemplative thought and analysis is to look at the project as needed to be expanded. Next, breaking it down to determine how each segment can be processed and done by starting with the easiest part of the project and then compiling it systematically because it has a beginning pattern with alternatives to work backwards by completing the project from the rear.
In relation to the problem with assembling the project is the correlating issue of how to assist a child in developing responsibility for his or her own expansion by allowing the exploring of ways to assist and grow from the base to an upper level of thinking process. Further learning how to change routes and approach the problem and work on the most difficult part and then the most simple or vice versa. The task of teaching how to expand would be the next step in preparation to assist in the creating and compiling of the project as the project is assembled. Therefore, the learning theory is enacted by evolving from the step of discovery of the problem and the ability to break it down and process it further to ensure the project is completed with all possibilities explored.
Some of the hindrances that might cause a lack of fluidity is the inability of the child to grasp the full concept of what needs to be done. As such the problem and lack of understanding has to be approached and minutely clarified to help resolve. Another hindrance that might affect
Problem Solving
3
the project is the inability to obtain correct and valid information to assist the child to allow expansion. Also, in connection memories of being assisted with all projects is a carryover and factor that has to be addressed and realized that a chance is enabled to start an avenue of
independence by teaching individual thought and planning to complete a project without assistance.
In relation to the child’s inability to grasp the intention of the project the next step would be to ascertain how much the child knows and is able to do individually. After finding the lack, the next step would be to proceed step by step to ensure understanding and build exploratory knowledge to assist in building and completing the project. If the information is found to be too complicated the ultimate step would be to work as an assistant with the child to help compile the project and fulfill the state of completion.
If the project needs information that is not obtainable the next step would be is to decide if a substitution can be done. If a substitution can be done the contents of it would have to be analyzed and determined if it is conclusive and relational to the project then it can be used. Further, if the student can absorb it and use it and if it can also be definable as appropriate then the process of assimilating and merging would be the next step. Another concern would be to consider if there are barriers that inhabit the ability to proceed with the project and if so what would be the problem.
As with any project the consideration of whether there are biases in relation to the associated problem becomes a prominent thought. As such the exploration of how affective the bias is in connection with the project would determine whether an inherent problem exists or is just associated with this one. One way to weigh how extensively a bias that may be connected
Problem Solving
4
would be to look at the project and comparatively weigh the pros and cons in doing the project in differing ways and determine if the pros are more beneficial or if the cons are.
With the pros and cons considered the next step would be to implement the ideas to change the overall presentation if either is more suited to upgrading the project. Further it is also a possibility that by using the pros and cons the child’s confidence and ability can be encouraged so that a level of independence can be obtained. Rescaling and evaluating the entire process can lead to a new viewing and possible alteration to the problem and a renewal of looking at the issue to ensure that it is changed and altered.
Since the purpose is to use the queries to define the options to be utilized as solutions to a problem or a variation to reroute and change a direction in thought and procedure to follow. The studying of an outside source can lead to changing the queries and lead the options in a different way and conclusively expand and evolve the approach towards the problem and help solve it quicker and more efficiently. Therefore, the best option for solving the problem would be to use the best of the expanded options when used in a comparison against each other. Consequently, it allows a clear vision in choosing the best of the options that have been gathered together to use and solve the problem.
As with all problems the thought is always uppermost to expand the problem and look at it in perspective and clarity to define it, highlight it, dissect it, and look at it segment by segment, generate options by reversing the problem and considering each option individually. After this is done, the process of elimination and retainership becomes easier and the choice is determined quicker. Therefore, the option would be to incorporate the child’s efforts and gather the missing information that the child probably does not understand and merge your ideas to upgrade
Problem Solving
5
the project and oversee and examine any problems and teach the child in order to upgrade the entire process.
With the decision made the next step is the implementation and reflection on the steps used to compile the project and whether or not it is a possibility and if the solution is measurable and complete. This combination of using these options is the most effective because it allows the compilation of the project and gives a new way to introduce options and a theory how to process and change the approach by contemplating queries on the options that can be used to culminately obtain the objective of getting the project done. Further with upgrades, teaching the child and expanding him with the learning theory and changing and developing a plan to make it all possible.

Conflicting Viewpoints Essay – Part II
2
Is the use of Standardized Tests Improving Education in America? One of the concerns of evaluative testing is its true purpose and what aspect does it truly fulfill. In a nation of cumulative scrutiny and evaluation the purpose of testing is first to measure a student’s progress and assimilation of given material and as well as ability to evolve. As tests are prepared to reflect an analysis of overall progress of students area by area so does the need to ensure fairness, equality and equivancy with a look of guidance to ensure a viewpoint to measure the mental acuity of each student. But in effect standardized tests cannot measure the curriculum but it more or less serves as a guideline to ensure that the basic skills are being assimilated. Therefore, actively standardized tests are limited in its ability to gauge what is needed to generate whether it can state that fairness exists in these tests.
Affective bias is a level that all standardized test have because of cultural differences, levels of supportive family education, interactive ability, social consensus, peer association and pressure, English level of English spoken and read, mental acuity and awareness, level of understanding and ability to process and other factors.
Therefore, in effect the scorage is not a true representation but is rendered in progressive bias when comparisons are done between races due to a lack of communication equivalency and a lack of educational ability to progress due to a lack of exposure and narrowed unexpanded life. Unfortunately, when a rendering of a decision of ability, talent and mental acuity the depressed segments of the populace reflect inability, not capable of assimilation and looked as dismal people incapable of absorbing any type of knowledge but the basic of the basic.
Summarily, standardized tests are limited evaluations but serve as tested, accumulated data to reflect that in the impoverished communities a similar curriculum is not being taught and that the terminology, written cases are like a foreign language and cause extreme difficulty due
to ignorance and not mental acuity. Without exposure to widen the horizons with more written
Conflicting Viewpoints Essay – Part II
3
details this in itself causes an inability to progress or accumulate a more logical approach and ableness to become more competitive on tests as more knowledge is gained and absorbed.
Therefore, the testing of students will always have an inherency of unfairness, bias and flaw in the ability to test and make a true summation that basic skills are being taught properly, as well as that it reveals a seemingly hidden mockery of the education system when the reflections or consequences found are known that Black students are not being taught the same as White students. Further, the systematic oppression is buried in the form and presentation of education and the standardized test is proof needed that these tests are based upon willing oppression and regulatory position in a country of suppression.
The cumulative ability of these students are hindered and hampered and that the stereotypes are reinforced by the scorage on test and reflective reception. As such the change has to be done to change the act and presentation of education to an equal level to ensure exposure to terminology, language development, reading comprehension, math, and sciences are done to be used as a focal point in daily life. By doing this all will be able to have better scores and avenues of success.
Once again the question is posed does the use of Standardized Tests Improve Education in America? In the evaluating of this question are three pros and one con: Pro 2 - Standardized tests are reliable and objective measures of student achievement, Pro 4 - Standardized tests are inclusive and non-discriminatory because they ensure content is equivalent for all, Pro 7 - Standardized tests are narrowing the curriculum, rather they are focusing it on important basic skills all students need to master, Con 8 - Standardized tests are not objective.
In the evaluating of Pro 2, although used as a reliable source with objective measures to evaluate progress and student’s achievement. The cumulative pool of statistical data is biased,
racist with deliberate acts to reflect incapability and a huge gap in the assimilation

4
capability between the Black race, Caucasian race, Latino, Hispanic, Chinese and any other minority race. But as a reflective and evaluative tool it is not a fair estimation or an equal measure of mental acuity. Further bias is reflective because of cultural differences and it cannot reflect that supportive family education is a factor in a student’s ability or that a need for interactive content is necessary in the process of assisting assimilation. Also, the cultural differences reflect norms in speaking, terminology with logical sequence to assist in the process of mental processing and analysis.
Although a multiple-choice test these tests are geared and compiled with not the Black students whose cultural inherency is absent of formulated English which makes a consensus of inability to gauge ability, aptitude and level of reasoning ability. Because a huge disparity exist between the scorages this reflects a severe underestimation of reasoning knowledge, mental acuity and possible logistics. These affective states of severe differences reflects an inherency of deliberate unfairness and systematic oppression and racism buried in the form and presentation of education and standardized tests to retain oppression and a regulatory position in a country of suppression.
In the evaluating of Pro 4, in relation to the position held by Michelle Rhee, former Washington, DC, school chancellor, that alternate tests for minorities or exempting children with disabilities would be unfair. A test that has deliberate racism associated with it is not fidelitous to any methodology or purpose to estimate a consistent pattern of education is being relayed. What it will do is gain a position of estimation that approximates whether Black people are being deliberately hampered to sneer at and keep them in a position in this country to be viewed as superlative illiterate.
Further this is not a civil rights issue it is a criminal act against a populace of the Black people deliberately short changed by hatred, meaness and willingness to use and exploit a race

with no home to call their own. A system of inequality is a blasé attempt to spread a blinder to the world that attempts were made to teach but receptiveness is not enabled but a violent and animalistic mannerism that repels all “civilized people”.
In the evaluating of Pro 7, the curriculum as given is reposit in that it is an insufficient challenge that focus on the bare bones of the basic bones of education with that in mind any impact is near mute because the concept becomes a serious, hilarious amusement. But with expanded exploratory educational ventures it becomes a more intensified testing to raise internal pride, as well as develop expanded student achievement.
In the evaluating of Con 8, in the case of standardized test not being objective the analysis as conclusive clearly reflects a racist approach and cause a flag to raise because it can be considered a civil matter and therefore a supportive in a case of intentional suppression, hate and oppression and intentional servitude. Further the testing proves that students whether Black or minority have not been exposed to certain reading comprehension, math of a higher level, sciences that exceed the basic because knowledge is known of the inability because of the lack in structuralized learning to absorb and assimilate the material.
In relation, these tests range in ability to be used for child and adolescent evaluations that cover not only assimilated educational information but also establish guidelines to analysis of possible autism, mental thinking incapacity, intellectual ability, developmental, adaptive
behavior, achievement levels, language fluency and knowledge, social capacity, neuro-psychological functioning, parallel behavioral and emotional functioning. As such these tests hope to give a measure of validity, efficacy and predictive power. Because these tests are more or less heavily relied upon and affect the curriculum taught these summarizations of scorage is
effective in denying the need for accountability because they are geared to teach to the test which enables ability to pass the test but does not guarantee conductive learning or ability to
Conflicting Viewpoints Essay – Part II
6
comprehensively evolve further due to a lack of critical thinking skills that are absent as well as logistics.
Further the tests are reflective of three things as follows: What is learned in school, outside of school and innate intellectual ability. Therefore, the scorage is reflective only of what is learned in schools due to controlled and structured curriculum. If the curriculum is narrowed then also is the accountability which also reflects a huge disparity that will continue to grow until the marginalized groups are reduced to incapacity and subsequent view of incapability in achievement disparity.
Consequently, the standardized tests are supposed to work in complement to increase a student’s growth and achievement not use it to narrow the curriculum. Also, as a tool it can be used to ascertain what is needed to allow growth, how to retain and assimilate learning and obtain the approximate content knowledge to increase students’ achievement on these tests. Without effort these standardized tests although controversial are “high-stakes” for students because the American education system is still a failing entity for mostly the impoverish students which is seen as normal but not necessarily so for students of middle class and the upper classes.
Further, “… the Great Recession wreaked havoc among working-class families’ employment. This has led to greater residential segregation and homogenously poor neighborhoods, leading to a higher concentration of poor students in certain schools” (Neuman,2013, p.18). Because this also affects the taught curriculum due to overcrowding with a resulting factor of questionable scores on standardized testing that are clearly not a credible source. A reduced curriculum also results in inability to participate with full coherency and as such “Correlational studies show a strong relationship between high poverty and poor academic performance (Sirin, 2005; White, 1988; White et al., 1993). As such a “one-size fits all” curriculum is counterintuitive and counterproductive in a society that values individualization,
Conflicting Viewpoints Essay – Part II
7
differentiation, and customization and that it may place too much emphasis on standardized testing while discouraging teacher autonomy (Stancill, 2013; Westervelt, 2014; Tienken & Zhao, 2010).
Because of this in theory the costs are high to all involved in the educational process because poverty equates to failure and in its own state oppression and suppression. Therefore, the bias are conclusive of a hidden agenda to keep a regulated people suppressed, unknown and looked at as discard. In its own purpose standardized tests does achieves some of its goals but it is written and geared to continue oppression for without thought mankind is nothing but pure animal instinct.
Lastly, enculturation or group identification as with the theory of intentional suppression and oppression allows clarity and vision of what the missing link is? The missing link is equated to fairness, equality in regard to freedom and educational rights to challenge the stereotype and best it and build a bridge for all to evolve to higher thought with all critical purpose, logistics and educated refined thought.

PHIL210 CRITICAL THINKING DISCUSSION 11
RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
I agree with your point that critical thinking is a definite "skill". I also agree that finding a status of where you are is also a good position to ascertain what needs to be done and changed. Modification and absorbing of differing changes in what life is about and the reflection of what critical thinking is.
Thank you.

RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
I appreciate your post because it signifies a lot of what I feel will be helpful to me in the future. Also, the act of bias is extremely powerful and it is either for or against and the more internalized and embedded the worst it can be for someone, a project or a modification. Further, I like to look at problem solving like a flow chart either internally and then on paper.
Thank you.

Reflect on what you have learned in this class. Describe the significant ways in which you would be able to utilize critical thinking in your personal and professional life.
This class has allowed the ability to understand present and past speech in writing varying projects. How to make an argument, use a fallacy and other additional and interesting variations in writing that can be incorporated in reports, presentations and other numerous forms of writing. Also, it has allowed assimilation of what professional values are. Further it has increased my evaluative talents and ability to be more critical and exacting to further expand a project. Lastly, it has helped me realize written visualization portrays the self and ability to evolve and change directions of critical thinking.
Changing perception is also conclusive of critical thinking and that without a certain resistance inability of change becomes locked. Evidential progress is made by critical thinking when it evolves and the procedure of documentation and exploratory thought becomes easier.
Discuss at least two (2) key concepts that you felt were most impactful to you this term and the manner in which you might use these concepts in the future.
Two key concepts that were most impactful is the uniqueness of the English language and the difficulty that has in interpreting meanings and that is not a blasé affair when writing differing trickery in a passage here or passage there. Further that the meaning can be seen differently by whomever is interpreting. I will always try to retain what I learned in this class. It has been interesting and challenging and I appreciate all I have learned.
Thank you.

PHIL210 CRITICAL THINKING DISCUSSION 10
RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
I enjoyed your post it was very interesting and as an objective critical thinking is a good accessory to have. Critical thinking to me is the core of thought and reflective of a past time that I enjoy very much. Further critical thinking is also an underscore to honesty, integrity and authenticity and also as you stated consistent.
Thank you.
Felicia
RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
I agree with you that critical thinking is a wonderful tool and it is a good complement to a good sharp mind. Although challenging it can enlighten and enthrall as the project unfolds, develops and progresses. Further, I agree that good decisions are paramount to elixir and a personal fulfillment and glory. Also, critical thinking is a success in itself because it is like the propellar that propels the ship forward. I enjoyed reading your post.
Thank you.

Give your opinion on whether being an effective critical thinker makes decision making easier or more challenging. Justify your response.
An effective critical thinker makes decision making easier by utilizing tools that are enhanced to critique an evaluation, theory, proposal or argument. By acquiring critical thinking ideas or skills the ability to expand and expound on ideas become a relatively easier proposition. The areas dealing with precision and properties are enabled to be clarified and simplified because the perspective is broadened as well as the state of concentration and thinking. Thinking evolves to thought when it allows a concentration of inward mentality to critique a concept, theory or questionable analogy to preview it and intelligently make decision making.
In relation to thinking are the five thinking steps: synthesism, idealism, pragmatism in thought, analysism and realism thought which are used in theoretical approaches to comprise and make a critical thought platform. Therefore, as a consequence with this as formative tools and evaluative thought the challenges become less formidable.
Consider the following statement: “The major difference between a successful person and one that is not successful is that the successful person, over time, tends to make better decisions than the less successful person.” Discuss whether or not you believe this statement to be true. Explain the fundamental ways in which effectively applying critical thinking concepts has helped you to become more successful.
The theory of whether a successful person or an unsuccessful person makes better decisions is a relative quandary. It is impossible to generalize and determine or judge between the two that good decisions are made by successful people or if unsuccessful people are capable of making bad decisions only. The associative value cannot be a dependency because successful people fail and also those who were previously deemed unsuccessful became successful because they started making better decisions.
Therefore, decisions are consequently a learned experience, a visual experience that is witnessed first and second handed and lastly a cumulative adapted characteristic. Furthermore, because of this the theory cannot be supported due to too many fluctuations, variables and ability to change routes and reroute to accommodate changes in ideas, concept and alternating scenarios that help change and evolve people and therefore decisions.
The fundamental ways in which applying critical thinking concepts have helped myself become more successful is that it has helped create an additional pattern of thinking, a more critical analysis and an ability to be more of a skeptic and enabled the ability to progress thought and expand it by segmentation with alternating routes and subroutes that form a near endless amount of continuance. Consequently, this has helped me become successful.

"Ethics and Trust in Critical Thinking Decision"
Imagine you are seeking information on a new car that you are thinking of buying. Determine the level of trust that you would place in information provided by the following: a salesman at the car lot, the dealer’s Website, social media (i.e. Facebook), an associate from work, and finally a close friend. Discuss the key factors involved in assessing the amount of trust that you put into each.
The level of trust that I would place in the information provided by the following: salesman at the car lot, the dealer’s Website, social media (i.e. Facebook), an associate from work, and finally a close friend.
Salesman – The amount of trust would pertain to a knowledgeable display, ability to answer questions about the vehicle, have comparative data of similar vehicles and have a list of companies that don’t report an inquiry.
Dealer’s Website – This website would gain trust if it reflects a true cost of the vehicle, is honest about any problems with the vehicle and guarantees his or her word.
Social Media – This would gain partial trust but I would still have to investigate and guarantee accuracy.
Associate from work – With this person from work I would have partial trust but I would still investigate it further.
Close Friend – I would gain partial trust but I would investigate for accuracy and confirm it for myself.
The key factors involved in assessing the amount of trust that I put into each interaction would be dependent on the level of reliability, confidence instilled, caution before jumping into a scenario and lastly are they equitable to myself.
If you were in a position to persuade another person, explain whether or not you would slant information in such a way as to make your point seem more credible if you sincerely believed that your position was correct. Discuss the primary ethical dilemmas that this scenario could cause for both you and the person whom you are trying to persuade.
If I was in a position to persuade another person I would not slant or manipulate a situation to accommodate my point. To facilitate support I would have to have evidence or facts to make my position nearly undefeatable. Further If I am sure my point is supported by being accurate and factual I would stand with it because it is correct.
The primary ethical dilemmas that this scenario causes for both myself and the person to be persuaded is a possible violation if manipulation is used. With the state of manipulation is to sometimes deliberately misinterpret a point or twist an argument, fact or scenario to favor the interest of self and again be violating ethical principle by using falsehoods to gain trust for a duplicitous goal.
As a follow-up the consequences would be lack of trust, suspicion, dislike and hate for misleading and taking advantage.

RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
I agree that language is a fidelity to verbal expression and of allowing expression of "languageless thinking". Also, I agree that it is possible to think without language but as it evolves the images allow the ability to learn and then relay thoughts using a differing pattern to communicate and voice thought.
Thank you.
Felicia
RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
In response to your theory that dialect is not conclusive to thinking, if you think about it dialect is inclusive of each language differing sound patterns and allows the composing of mental thinking to flow to verbal expression of language. Therefore, dialect affects the communication and thought pattern and expression of complete phraseology and compiled completion and formulation of reasoning and cognitive ability. Further, reasoning is part of the mental components that help form thought, verbal ability and consequently language which has various dialects depending on areas in each country.
Pictures and impressions are synonymous with hidden messages and therefore comes the connection of “languageless” thinking by conveyance of an image that speaks centuries later. I agree that a dialect cannot be conveyed but thoughts and images can be gathered because it is a stimuli.

"The Relationship Between Language and Thinking"
Consider the following quote by the philosopher Ludwig Wittgenstein, who believed that thought without language was impossible: “The limits of my language are the limits of my life.” For more information on Wittgenstein and his analysis on the primacy of language, watch the video “Ludwig Wittgenstein (1889 – 1951) The Limits of Language”, located at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgW_PFl-Xs4. Next, examine whether or not it is possible to think without using language. If you believe it is possible, describe the primary ways in which a person might enact so-called “languageless” thinking. If you believe it is not possible, describe what you foresee as major problems with languageless thinking.
The primary ways in which a person might enact so-called “languageless” thinking is by behavior modes that convey volumes of unspoken communication, the act of mimicry and non-verbal communication. With these three ways of communication it is versely limited and poorly structured but facilitates a purpose of conversing thought. The study of language is called linguistic and it is the purpose of composing and allocating communication of thought in recognizable patterns whether encoded, auditory, visual or by tactile stimuli. Because of this language is independent and dependent in variations of adoption of infusing cultural mergence and changes in societal acceptance and modality.
Consequently, the cognitive ability is immersed in thought and it is affected by “languageless thinking” that assist in the ability to change and evolve. Therefore, the act of semiosis assist because it relates to signs and meanings that perform to make sequences as morphemes and syntactic systems to help govern words and morphemes in phraseology and utterances.
As such a shared intentionality is conclusive because it supports that a “languageless” thinking was a beginning and persist in communicative modes and discussion. Consequently, language is entrenched or is like braille in the human mind. As braille “languageless” thinking becomes a phenomenon that assist in the present state of the human psyche that scream “I think therefore I am”.
Lastly, because the human psyche is involved as well as the brain that has progressed to allow formulation of thought to think then communication then language is clarity in the process of communication. The ever changing of society and societal interpretation “languageless” thinking will always exist as well as the progression from that phase to verbal thought and spoken thought. Further, there is no problem communication is a prevalency that must continue the evolution of the human species as well as its ability to continue norms, thought and deeds.

"The Relationship Between Language and Thinking"
Research a quote about language and thought.
Next, examine whether or not it is possible to think without using language.
Argue for or against the ways a person might enact “languageless” thinking.
If you believe it is not possible, describe the major problems with languageless thinking.
Quotes
“silence is the language of god,
all else is poor translation.”
― Jalaluddin Rumi
In relation to the quote by Jalauddin Rumi, the quote by interpretation that all language as well as silence is the golden rod of God. Another translation is inept because without his word there can be no silence. In retrospect, if silence is all that is God who is the one that gives us internal thought and spoken thought and will.
Consequently, the spoken and unspoken are “languageless”thinking because all interactions with God are not defined but are as his will. As such the conversation with God is his and his ability to enact the state of “languageless” thinking and is realized by all with the open concept of belief and secret.
“But the Hebrew word, the word timshel—‘Thou mayest’— that gives a choice. It might be the most important word in the world. That says the way is open. That throws it right back on a man. For if ‘Thou mayest’—it is also true that ‘Thou mayest not.”
― John Steinbeck, East of Eden
In relation to the quote by John Steinbeck, the quote by interpretation is unique because of the word timshel that speaks volumes of trust and love in a single word and gives the right of unspoken communication between God and man. Hidden with love of his will and sweetness it is “languageless” thought and thinking because he is the highest of love in the world that gives the right to say yes or no to defying of his word and law. Further, the free right to choose is open to man to obey or not therefore it is possible to think without using language because we all know sin and without thought we step from it or to it. Therefore, “languageless” thinking is always possible with God for it is always in conference and with him all things are possible for all if you believe.
“It's not all bad. Heightened self-consciousness, apartness, an inability to join in, physical shame and self-loathing—they are not all bad. Those devils have been my angels. Without them I would never have disappeared into language, literature, the mind, laughter and all the mad intensities that made and unmade me.”
― Stephen Fry, Moab Is My Washpot
In relation to the quote by Stephen Fry, the quote by interpretation is interesting because it realizess that even the eventualities proved by “languageless” thinking that they herald to nothing when it came to the point. That those scenario nightmares became sublime and became the beneficial thought that channeled themselves intensities that evolved the concept of thought and made it a brilliance of wit that laughed at itself and became not a mockery but a muse to follow which stunned the self and propelled the self. Therefore, “languageless” thinking is possible because it became internalized and changed the methodology and evolved which makes all realize that this can be emulated.
Thank you.

I agree that language is a fidelity to verbal expression and of allowing expression of "languageless thinking". Also, I agree that it is possible to think without language but as it evolves the images allow the ability to learn and then relay thoughts using a differing pattern to communicate and voice thought.

"Problem Solving Interview Question"
Respond to this typical interview question: Explain a specific example in which you utilized problem solving strategies to resolve a problem in the real world.
Example:
A way in which I used a problem solving strategy was when I worked in the Assessor’s Office in the City of Saginaw. My proposal and draft of a form was submitted to my boss to make processing incoming requests for services to be provided to help efficiency, accuracy and assist the other appraisers in the office to gather details to make address changes, name changes, mortgage changes and any other changes needed that would make my processing of incoming information more expedient and keep accuracy and records correct.
By using critical thinking, I used analysis and gathering of details that pertained to the form and what is asked regularly and this helped compile my proposal and request and relay it to my supervisor.
Provide your feedback from the perspective of an interview coach to at least three (3) of your classmates.

"Problem Solving Interview Question"
Imagine you are interviewing for a job you really want.
The interviewer asks you the following question: “Explain a specific example in which you used critical thinking/problem solving strategies to solve a problem in the real world.”
What is your answer to the question?
An example that I used critical thinking would be the merging of time with classes to help facilitate a broader outlook for my future job as a teacher, counselor, writer to allow a more fluent pattern of growth and exploratory ability to become more analytical and faster compiling theories and questions to a problem to help others.
Choose one classmate’s own response to the interviewer’s question. If you are a job coach, what suggestions would you make to maximize his or her answer to the interview question?
If I was an interview coach my goal would be to stress first interpersonal skill, cooperative ability and the ability to evolve the position and be able to treat all with courtesy and accept criticism to correct and reroute.

"Identifying Truth or Fiction"
The video clip ‘The Baloney Detection Kit’ in the Webtext this week discusses the many ways in which an effective critical thinker assesses the claims made by others. Explain what you believe is the real difference between ‘science’ and ‘pseudoscience’.
The real difference between science and pseudoscience is the procedure in identifying a problem whereas pseudoscience provides an explanation after a fact is determined. Also, the scientific method is a methodological process to test and observe and form a reasonable explanation or hypothesis and then test it to see if it supports the hypothesis or theory. Further the scientific method is repeatable and has more credibility then pseudoscience because it uses trackable reports and logical approaches to render an answer. Whereas pseudoscience does not consider alternatives and is limited in its perspective and does not adhere to peer reviews to help support a claim or query.
Examine the key reasons why so many people might seem to be attracted to more pseudoscience-type claims. Describe at least two (2) such claims that you have heard people make, and analyze the main reasons why such claims do or do not meet rigorous scientific methodology standards. Determine at least two (2) ways in which the material discussed this week has changed your own thinking.
The key reasons why so many people are attracted because the claims are sensational, emotionally charged and appealing and easy to be attracted to because they meet the ability to hopefully grant a wish.
Example One – Cider Vinegar
In relation to cider vinegar is its ability to be used for various health reasons, e.g., high blood pressure, salads, cleaning ability and other uses. Some people swear that a teaspoon helps to lower blood pressure. But if tested by scientific methodology it would probably not be enabled to be certified that it is true actuality and would work for everyone.
Example Two – Prunes
That eating and consuming of prunes would cause a predictive relief of constipation for everyone. Because of the varying procedures of each individual bodily functioning the claim would not meet rigorous scientific methodology because of mild, moderate and severe constipation cannot all be relieved by eating prunes.
Two ways the material that was discussed this week has given a more analytical lookout on how structured scientific methodology is and how sensation helps win compliance when dealing with pseudoscience and accepting it as true.

PHIL210 CRITICAL THINKING DISCUSSION 5

Determine whether or not the argument uses any deceptive statistics. Give your opinion on whether or not the argument has persuaded you. Explain why or why not.
I agree with your post partially with the estimations of time and the high sentencing but I do not believe that any destructive drug as cocaine and heroin should ever be legalized because it does damages that cannot be mitigated. Fate does not need to be tempted and have any young people or any person on these substances because the possibility of rehabilitating them is very bleak.
Your post is contradictory in that it refers to those who become addicted can use tax revenue for drug treatment and job training programs. With these hard core drugs the addicted have lots of physicality problems - inner damage to veins, organs and functioning normally, plus severe psychological problems that inhibit and prevent working and starting over.
Determine the primary ways in which statistics or authority are used in your current position in developing persuasive arguments, and provide examples of such use.
I agree that sometimes certain statistics can be used to secure an argument but those who are analytical should be able to read between the lines and make a good call anyway. Statistics is always raw data and does not close an argument but is used for support with the choice being 50/50 always.
Always assume a position of neutrality when making analytical decisions and look at all research in an impartial state.

In response to your discussion the merit is not the quoted estimation but the perception that non-violent offenders are doing more time compared to those who have a dangerous nature and crimes that deal with death and murder.
Further it is more of a support to make analysis before making a decision but I feel the argument is weak and needs to be narrowed down to concentrate on making the argument sound and indefeatable. Also, the year is not a prevalent issue what is at hand is the scenario but if the argument would be or could be strengthened then a study can be done to use current statistics for further support.
Determine the primary ways in which statistics or authority are used in your current position in developing persuasive arguments, and provide examples of such use.
I agree with your post regarding statistics that they can either break or make an important decision. Further these statistics help when investing, expanding or selling stocks and inviting more members on the team.

"Identifying Misleading Information in an Argument"
Consider the following argument: There are many arguments for the elimination or modification of current U. S. drug laws, but one of the most persuasive involves what negative effects drug laws are having on society in comparison with the effects of the drugs themselves. In the past ten years, most forms of drug use have dropped significantly, especially among teens. Despite this, non-violent drug offenders accounted for 21.1 percent of the federal prison population. First time drug offenders serve, on average, a sentence three months longer than kidnappers, nine months longer than burglars, and thirty-three months longer than sex abusers. In 1992, the average cost of keeping an inmate in either state or federal prison was about $20,000 per prisoner per year. The United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world, with 455 prisoners per 100,000 population. It is maintaining these prisoners at great expense in an environment where they are unlikely to develop a socially constructive attitude. Perhaps it is time that we reconsider our attitudes toward those who choose to use drugs; failure to do so may cost society even more than it already has.
Determine whether or not the argument uses any deceptive statistics. Give your opinion on whether or not the argument has persuaded you. Explain why or why not.
In the case of statistics, the use is simple and effective with easy understanding and clarity. Also, the ramifications of the amount of prisoners per 100,000 of the populace is a large amount when looking at it in scale is visible. Further if there is no societal reconstruction in these prisons then it causes a pause with a want of a renewal effort to effect reconditioning to rehabilitate to merge back in to society. With the understanding of prisons as correcting points in each prisoner’s life the goal is to try to prevent recidivism and a reentry into prison. Therefore, based on the above realization the picture of drugs and its consequences are evident but the argument itself does not have enough detail to support the elimination or altering of drug laws.
The drug rate of entry into this country is significantly high and even though the cost to house and secure them it is still not a strong enough argument because high volatile states of danger and death are associated with drugs. Further the changing of attitudes to a level of tolerance is clearly not a “thought out” process but it more or less strengthens the fortitude to deny drugs and their seductive state of enticement and beguiling mesmerization.
Societal costs are already apparent when the affect of drugs reflect its ravaging and raping effect in blight, dying of businesses, horrendous states of decay and hopelessness in people in cities, urban and rural locations. Lastly, drugs are status with the “clicks” because it is a fast paced life with materialistic glamour that shows a no-win situation for all and after critiquing the argument it is too weak but informative but cannot be used to make a decision that is huge and has many complexities and difficulties.
Determine the primary ways in which statistics or authority are used in your current position in developing persuasive arguments, and provide examples of such use.
The primary way statistics are used that affect my current position in developing persuasive arguments are that it gives a supportive to an argument but it does not wholly win the argument. When developing the aspects of advantage it must be clearly delineated and overwhelm the disadvantages and cause a pause to reflect is it a true worthy cause to support or a possible frivolous venture that cannot stand criticism or critical evaluation and therefore survival.
For Example,
If the cause is to adjust laws to deal with drugs then the argument would have to reflect a more definite expression and a way how to adjust to be more harder on drugs. In the way of how to adjust the argument is to be inclusive of what would help to narrow the argument’s delineative lines and make it possible because the argument is too broad and its purpose is not effective. Pinpointing on a segment can be more effective for example:
Readjusting the laws if a first time offender is non-violent would help the financial strain that is placed on each State and be a corrective when comparing years served by violent offenders.
The argument is good but has to also be steered toward who is the most dangerous the non-violent offender or those whose predatorial nature has violence embroiled within each mean dangerous act against each victim.
Consequently, the argument can be adjusted to work if it is pro non-violent prisoners and criteria established can be used to limit the amount of time given them.
Thank you.

Thank you.

Determine whether or not the argument uses any deceptive statistics. Give your opinion on whether or not the argument has persuaded you. Explain why or why not.

I agree that the bandwagon fallacy is being used in that it indicates an overwhelming amount of people rushing and competing to switch to Verizon. But it also has another argument appeal to ignorance because just stating something still has to be conclusively proven.
Although not on the list the appeal to popularity is one of the fallacies used in Coca Cola commercials. Further is the fallacy appeal to ignorance which is if you tasted a coke or coca cola you won't want anything else.
Thank you.

RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
If a commercial is using the ad hominem fallacy to distract rather than sell the product it is sometimes viewed in a humorous light because it is facetious banter that is not meant seriously. But the commercials work and the product sell and all the "so-called criticism" is okayed beforehand because no insult is meant.
Even the red herring fallacy is amusing because it creates an image that is deliberately misleading but diverts the attention from the original argument. Therefore, they both are able to serve a purpose because of skilled manipulation that cannot be charged as false advertising.

"Fallacies and Errors in Sound Reasoning"
There are several types of fallacies – equivocation, false authority, ad hominem, appeal to ignorance and bandwagon. Please provide two (2) different examples of advertising that show any of the above topics. Which of the above fallacies is used in each advertisement? Why do you think the advertisers used that fallacy in the ad? Did the advertisers use the fallacy effectively? If you were an advertiser, what would you have done differently to better use the fallacy?
Speak A New Language In 3 Weeks With This App

In this commercialized website the Appeal to Ignorance is a fallacy in which the claim is that a new language can be spoken in three weeks with an App. Because of the possibility of not being able to prove false, it must be true unless an opponent can disprove the claim.
This website is more or less guaranteeing the ability to learn a language in three week but it seems questionable because of the possible hidden resistance, bias and possible racism that would probably hinder a progressive assimilation. Therefore, if it can’t be disproven then it is possible.
Thank you.

2016 Doritos Superbowl Commercial
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgEvD2ygJp0
In this commercial the appeal to popularity is evidenced that even the good flavor and delicious taste of Doritos is embraced by the very young. If a baby in the embryol stage loves Doritos and comes with extra sensitive perception thru the ultra sound and comes early to share some then everyone of all ages will love and buy Doritos.
In this sense, the choice is highlighted and hidden but obvious. Also, deductive and inductive is the image that speaks louder than words by the portrayal.

In this commercial, Gabby starts school and is bullied and Scissors saves her and learns bravery to save Rock. The goal is to stand together, fight the bullies off and accept the whatever. Become brave even though weak and learn to conquer as one. Therefore, the Post hoc ergo propter hoc is realized because a correlation is reflected by an example of interacted display of support that teaches care and protection to form a chain of distributed support to be used as an exemplary example to protect and pass on and become united as separate individuals with respect for differences and uniqueness.

It appears that there are two arguments - both major premises. Removal of illegal aliens that pose a danger to the American populace, will save jobs and millions of dollars, forced relocation is a minor premise, and the conclusions is zero tolerance for criminal aliens and building of the great wall on the Southern borders aligned to Mexico.
The argument is the subject and is supported by reasons why necessary as well as a conclusion.
Thank you.
Felicia
RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
I agree that the major premise is "with a name like Smuckers" and the minor premise "it has to be good" is used as an associative. Therefore, when the name "Smuckers" appears it becomes an assertion with confidence. The conclusion is not that everyone likes jams, jellies or preserves but that it is a slogan that they put in an effort to please their customers. In order to invalidate, all the populace would have to hate it and not buy.
Thank you.

"Understanding and Analyzing Arguments"
Use the Internet to search an example of an enthymeme in the media (e.g., Internet, television, radio, newspapers, etc.). Next, explain the example you searched and identify the implied premise in the enthymeme example.
The example that I researched pertains to this website ʽEnthymeme, or are you thinking what I`m thinking?ʼ In this display, whether the major premise is evident (or unstated) and then may allow a minor premise to be stated with a conclusionary stated as final conclusion.
The purpose is to use implication and then an associative to render a conclusion based on the implication itself. Further it is summarily burdened with the responsibility of being the ʽburden of proofʼ for indeed the rhetortical is the associative that connects the subject`s statement with a conclusion. Also, a major premise (is the subject or relating to the subject with the minor premise making a correlating pattern or making association and lastly with a conclusion).
Further, enthymeme is also referred to in ʽIntroduction to Logicʼ with the possibility with either a premise or a conclusion not stated but can be used if an inference is possible with the rhetorical value emphasized.
Example 1,
If a cloud is mist (major premise - unstated)
Theoretically it has no consistency (minor – stated)
Therefore, the cloud is not solid (conclusion – stated)
Consequently, the argument is supplied and supported because it validates what a cloud is and a supportive that makes an associative and allows the conclusion to render a support and final summarization that the cloud is not solid.
Example 2,
All wheels are round (major premise – unstated)
Wheels are good to roll (minor – stated)
Therefore, wheels help things go around – minor – stated)
The subject argument is that wheels are round, the minor is that wheels are good to roll and conclusion is that wheels are helpful in making things go around.
Thank you.

I agree that it is a "woman's fundamental right" to consider abortion or to keep her child or children. If a woman's right is upsurped she is less than human and is considered chattel or property. I feel that with each decision all should be consulted ... her parents and partner she conceived the children with to make a decision.
If in the case of a Black female and it is done forcibly by White people (with Black people assisting) there should be a conclusive reason as to why. For example, inheritory disease or inheritory mental disorder to make a drastic decision because the procedure is dangerous. If there is no reason, I consider the manner murder, racist, hate and genocide. Further it is an act of an atheist and in defiance of God.

I agree with your post that with the parent's ability to purchase or acquire uniforms this allows full focus on being educated and the right to freedom and justice in this land and everywhere else. Also, hopefully the activity of gangs will diminish when the true affiliation of the acts to gain entry are considered at what this will cost them ... my life ... my future ... or a complete desolate life of being despised.
I agree that it helps with readying the child for school and improves punctuality even thou students resent uniforms it allows a more neutral ground for students, teachers and the school. I partially disagree with the Con #2 ... I feel that uniforms help because parents won't send the kids if they don't have clothing but if they can have uniforms that they can afford this dispels some of the despair and concern for their child's psychological feelings.
I also disagree partially with school uniforms and freedom of expression these do not restrict but cause an inability to develop a clothing persona and personal taste but it is only a temporary stall because they have free dress now at school now that they can earn.
Thank you.

STARDARDIZED TESTS
Summarily, standardized tests are limited evaluations but serve as tested, accumulated data to reflect that in the impoverished communities a similar curriculum is not being taught and that the terminology, written cases are like a foreign language and cause extreme difficulty due to ignorance and not mental acuity.
My point is exposure to widen the horizons with more written details will also help in the progressive stage of accumulating a more logical approach and ableness to become more competitive on tests as more knowledge is gained and absorbed.
Describe your reaction to your experience of these biases.
My position is therefore simple the testing of students will always have an inherency of unfairness, bias and flaw in the ability to test and make a true summation that basic skills are being taught properly, as well as that it reveals a seemingly hidden mockery of the education system when the reflections or consequences found are known that Black students are not being taught the same as White students. Further the systematic oppression is buried in the form and presentation of education and the standardized test is proof needed that these tests are based upon willing oppression and regulatory position in a country of suppression.
Lastly, my reactions to these bias are that the cumulative ability of these students are hindered and hampered and that the stereotypes are reinforced by the scorage on test and reflective reception. As such the change has to be done to change the act and presentation of education to an equal level to ensure exposure to terminology, language development, reading comprehension, math, and sciences are done to be used as a focal point in daily life. By doing this all will be able to have better scores and avenues of success.
Further, this overall critique will prove that an equal opportunity to learn is being done, Also, the scores allow the pinpointing of weaknesses of the students and then allow a modification plan to help or aid in the learning of material that students are deficit in.
Thank you.

Thank you.

PHIL210 CRITICAL THINKING DISCUSSION 1
RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
I agree that in your field as a business analyst your position entails a serious amount of critical thinking and various stages of analysis. Meeting the scope, depth and technical avenue that is needed is probably the hardest of the procedure with the assessing the second hardest. But once the idea is floating the necessary changes and alterations make it easier and easier as the step of critical thinking moves in and allows successful change and meeting of goals.
Further the demonstrating of critical thinking skills is reflective with the introductory theory, modified plan and strategic approach that is used to accomplish the end goal. I agree that with a plan, approach, technical skills the implementing of solutions is a major accomplishment and help in getting steps done. If man is human his ability to learn to think critically is already accomplished and enabled.
Thank you.

RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
I agree that critical thinking involves the ability to use concepts and ideas in the processing and critiquing a point, idea, procedure or process to be done. As reflective on critical thinking this would also consist of strategic planning done mentally to incorporate an idea and merge into daily usage and procedures. Further critical thinking is a process that uses thoughts almost on a spinial (dial) that turns constantly with choices, ideas, and alternatives when working on a singular or multi-level project. The concept is wonderful because it allows flexibility and alternatives and is not fixed in a mold.
Further, I agree without input the ability to provide output is difficult without a brief analysis. Gaining the idea or theory is and viewing and placing it in your mind in 3D format and mentally turn it around in your mind imagining alternatives to change it, streamline it and make it more faster, efficient, thorough and allow avenues to change, modify and evolve it further.
Again, knowledge is the key and with an informed approach this makes it simplier and more. I also concur on the points get informed, knowledge and test the waters to see what you need to make anything a success.
With critical thinking imagine a scenario … Island…yourself…network…technical details…input needed…concepts to use in evaluation…plan…modified ability…future…gain. What do I need to do first? is the question then possible changes, use feelers and probes when critiquing and audience reception at the end. I enjoyed your post.
Thank you,
Felicia
"Critical Thinking in the Workplace"
The video clip “Thinking on the Job” in the Webtext this week illustrates the importance of critical thinking, especially in work contexts. Define the concept of critical thinking in your own words. Discuss a time in either your work or personal life in which you needed to be able to use critical thinking to either solve a problem or acquire a skill.
Critical thinking is a symbolic function of analyzation and mental processing that allows contemplation, short or long term evaluating argument. Further it allows the ability to mentally inwardly and outwardly critique a concept, theory or questionable analogy to preview it intelligently to allow decision making.
With the states of thinking with concentration of criticism it allows the incorporation of five thinking styles of synthesism, idealism, pragmatism in thought, analysism and realism thought which allows a complementary approach to equitable categories of framing a theoretical approach to support a critical thought platform.
Further the purpose of critical thinking is to elevate thought as well as cognitive recognition to provide extension and expansion which envelops evolution.
A time in my life which would involve work that I used critical thinking is evaluative and formation of forms, scanning program that included the initiation process from start to finish with pictorial steps and written directions, also the processing of legal documentations. In my personal life I have did my own flyers which gave descriptive explanation of the product to be sold, prices and availability as well as delivery option, brief analysis of poems, prose and poetry and my own personal website which I intend to publish shortly …. feliciaswritingjournal.blogspot.com/.
Also, any class that I have undertaken requires critical thinking to form an analysis, theory to effect completion and change desired.
Thank you.

Determine the manner in which you would show a potential employer that you possess solid critical thinking skills. Give your opinion on whether or not you believe that individuals can increase their critical thinking skills. If you believe that they can, explain certain steps that individuals can take to improve this skill.
As with professionalism and as a written visualization of self the purposeful step in presenting to a potential employer that critical thinking skills are present would be by presenting a portfolio of work that has been achieved by either by website or examples of completed projects that reflects the desired trait. Further an invite to discuss any manner that position requires would also be a test of knowledge and critical thinking skills in possession. Also, the ability to harness thought and elevate the levels of thought to be a more predatory critical thinking chain is to hone it and refine it by changing level of perception, and make the internal visual stronger as well as change the impactive imaginability to almost an inner 3d imagery mentally. Learn any structuralized computer programming, chess, logic classes that cause stress and continual thought upscale. Never forget pain is gain. When something hurts something is learned and you own it and then kick it around and improve it.
Thank you.
