"Putting it All Together - Revising the Justification Report"
Please respond to the following:
This week, you will utilize the techniques that you have studied in your Week 6 readings to revise your Justification Report while adding the final parts. Based on your readings, state three (3) things that you will be looking for as you revised and proofread (e.g. organization, structure, grammar elements). Discuss the strategies that you will implement to ensure that your assignment is polished and in final draft format.
Hello Professor and class
My paper because of the complex nature will be altered to simplify it by explaining some of the technical nature to help endorse the proposed marketing of the product. But as with all reports of this nature there has to be attendance to confidentiality.
Three things to adhere to in revising my report will be attendance to proper grammar, organization, structure and explanation of any complexity and strategies to use in altering my paper will be proofreading, slimlining if possible, simplify it, in text citations if appropriate, explanation of terminology, clarity and additional simplicity.
In order to do this I will check and proof each paragraph as to its ability to convey the appropriate message necessary.
Thank you.

RESPONSE TO CO-STUDENT
I am awed by your approach...what can I say it sounds that it will be a great paper. Structure is what I am always in pursuit of and the ability to prepare a great looking and convincing thought to sell. Further, I like to branch out and take risks that I feel that I must actively stand on whether by myself or with others...if you see an issue that is spiraling out of control someone must put a flag up to protest because it is our duty to help those incapable of helping themselves until we can let them go to help others.
Thank you so much...I love reading the thoughts of our future.

I understand sometimes its like a "mind freeze" and "unconscious resentment" but look at it again and see if that is what you want to say. Just like that you become free again and comfortable as the words pour out freely.
Grammar mistakes or errors can be corrected easily just say the sentences out verbally and stay in the same voice as you write, e.g., present, past or active and it will all sound and read perfect.
Thank you.

RESPONSE TO PROFESSSOR
I am always awed by the complexity in and of the English Language,. I have a pattern that I use as I do a paper I go over it at least twice and put a check by each paragraph that I am pleased with. If there is something that does not sound right I will modify it. Sometimes I bounce ideas from the paper or written art I call it and use it to create something of my own.
I love the ability to interact in written form because I am a little of a reclusive and shy and I find this my idea to express myself.
Thank you. I will continue to study English even though it is intimidating sometimes.
