ENG315 - ASSIGNMENT 3 - DEMABLEND SKIN PRODUCT POWERPOINT

DEMABLEND SKIN PRODUCT

BY
Felicia McCaw
Owner of F.O.S. LLC

Welcome Everyone
I would like to introduce you to our proposed
plan to market our new product
Demablend Skin.

An acquisition to be acquired from
Jason Leigh Skin Products, Inc.

It is our intent to modify the product composition
and have three alternatives to test and select from
for production, marketing and to sell as a competitor
in the cosmetic skin creams arena.

One
of the greatest objectives in the world is having
smooth, beautiful skin.

It is
our eternal goal to help others by addressing the
concern for scarage, discoloration, wrinkles, age proclamations,
stretch marks and keloids.

Therefore,
the composite ingredients of the product will be
changed to accelerate the rate of change in
surface skin and cellular activity to
topically applied products.

Problem Statement

Presently Demablend uses inheritory methods
to deal with change of aging skin.

Product halts about 45% of alteration and change to
cellular tissue and the surface level of the epidermis,
dermis with the underlying subcutaneous tissue
(hypodermis) halted at 33%.

Product’s compository ingredients have to be
changed to accelerate a change in the epidermis

Overview of Alternatives

Three alternatives to assist in the comparison process.

Alternative A

Inflate the rate of collagen 3:1 and selenium 4:1 to original compository ingredients to increase the ability to change skin at a rate of 40% difference.

Alternative B

Simulate and duplicate ingredients of Alternative A with generic brands to have a different product that can be produced cheaper but has the ability to change skin overall 20%.

Alternative C

Product composition of Alternative A to approach general skin with a reduction of collagen to 20% of 3:1 and 25% of selenium 4:1.

Criteria

1. Expand and test the market for interest.
2. Explore the pricing of product and cost of production.
3. Which manufacturer can mix, package and ready for distribution.
4. Designer of exterior of package.
5. Delivery time the product can be completed and exhibited before Board Members.

Research Methods

Secondary Research

Research of the product previously marketed as packaged was gathered as a comparison and standing record to obtain questionable estimate of cost per product to market, effect on skin and profit and possible lost.

Primary Research

Research was rendered and compiled to expand the market for interest and possible inflow of profit compared to secondary research.

Inclusive of
Observational Studies
Market Analysis
Consideration of Physiological and Psychological Damage

Evaluation of Alternative A

In the case of change to add a level and ratio of 5:1
of lecithin as well as collagen 3:1 and selenium 4:1
to accelerate an overall change over the first pro-
posed 40% to a 20% increase.

Due to study of relational and parallel psychological
and physiological emotional states of concern for
exterior scars, discolorations, wrinkles, age pro-
clamations, stretch marks and keloids the move is
to change and study the ability to increase the
alternative to support the theory of a safe and
quicker change.

Evaluation of Alternative B

The effective use of a simulated and duplication of
ingredients with generic brands to alter the
epidermis with the allowance to be replicated at a
cheaper rate.

Also, the possibility of increased change to be
facilitated is with the change of formula or
composites to add lecithin that effectively changes
the overall ability from 20% to 35%.

The purpose is to reflectively show an increase in
the change of scarage with eventual fading and
restructuring of surface cells.

Evaluation of Alternative C

The purpose of this Alternative is to differentiate the
formula and approach to pertain to general skin and
reduce the levels of collagen to 20% of 3:1 and 25%
of 4:1 selenium but add lecithin to accelerate the
change by 15% at a rate of 2:1.

In the case of this Alternative differentiating the
product allows a study for those with general skin
and note that the epidermis changes quickly and
allows changes in the cellular formation at a quicker
rate than those who would use Alternative A or
Alternative B.

Findings

In regard to cost it is not a factor but a control. Also, the proposed
expansion of market is increasing for the interest and demand is
escalating for natural and safe organic products to help the texture
of skin, outward beauty and overall tone and coloring.

Alternative A - Advanced with ability to change the epidermis
the quickest.

Alternative B is a differing composite that can be produced cheaper
using simulations and generic brands to duplicate Alternative A but
has the residual effects of changing the epidermis at a slower pace
but with the same results.

Alternative C is a change in the formula or composites that renders an
approach to general skin wherein the collagen levels are reduced to
20% at a ratio of 3:1 and reduction of selenium by 25% at a ratio of 4:1
and lastly has an addition of lecithin at a ratio of 2:1 to effectively
change surface skin

Recommendation

Acting on behalf of F.O.S. LLC, after considering the
three Alternatives (A, B, C) and the physiological and
psychological damage viewed that is considerable
and a factor in my decision to support and choose
Alternative A and Alternative C. Further the market
should support the higher price Product A due to its
ability to change surface skin faster and Product C
which is geared toward smaller incomes to make the
product within their reach and budget and effective
change of skin.
