Demablend Skin Product
F.O.S. LLC is in the process of acquiring the product from Jason Leigh Skin Products, Inc. and due to the need for advancing study on expanding the product to help deal with differing skin types and racial differences this product needs to undergo a few modifications. The range of compository ingredients have been studied as well as the limitation of the populace that it can accommodate. Fortunately, the transference of rights of acquisition is a very modest amount and with a few recommended changes this product will be ready to distribute in approximately six to eight months from the time of complete change in ownership.
Problem Statement
Presently, Demablend Skin Product is a product that uses inheritory methods to deal with change of aging skin and with that understanding the cellular changes and age cause cells to divide slowly and cause a consequential of thin skin which is prone to injuries and damage. Therefore, the goal is to change the composition level of the product with the goal to rectify scaring, discoloration and surface wrinkles at a more accelerated pace. In connection with the additive to explore and expand the product is the exploration process to change the epidermis, dermis and the subcutaneous tissue (hypodermis) to retain a rejuvenating process. As thus the subjective approach would be used with the need to stabilize.
Presently, the cream halts about 45% of alteration and change to the cellular tissue and molecular surface level of the epidermis, dermis with the underlying subcutaneous tissue (hypodermis) halted at 33%. In order to market and reach a larger populace adjustment to the compository ingredients as well as analysis have to be done to help accelerate a change in the epidermis discoloration, dermis, stretch marks and tissue scaring (keloids) and retainership of fat cells through rejuvenation.
Overview of Alternatives
Alternative A: Processing of inflation rate of collagen 3:1 and selenium 4:1 in original
compository ingredients to increase change of overall 40%.
Alternative B: Next, simulation and duplication of ingredients with generic brands to
have an altering product but can be replicated cheaper with an increase of
change of overall 20%.
Alternative C: Product differentiation to allow approach to general skin with a reduction
of collagen to 20% of 3:1 and 25% of selenium 4:1.
Criteria
In order to make the assimilation and change flow smoothly the five criteria would have to be adhered to in order to market the cream and because both are natural products they have been tested as to safety and accepted. In order to confirm marketability the five tests will be done as below:
1. Expand and Test the Market for Interest.
2. Explore the pricing of product and cost of production.

3. Which manufacturer can mix, package and ready for distribution.
4. Designer of exterior of package.
5. Delivery time the product can be completed and exhibited before Board Members.
Research Methods
Secondary research of the product previously marketed as packaged was gathered as a comparison and standing record. The purpose of researching or using the information regarding the product as originally distributed was to get a questionable estimate of cost per product to market as well as a determination of whether a profit or lost would be sustained.
Next, primary research was rendered and compiled to expand the market for interest and possible inflow of profit compared to secondary research. Observational studies were done to reflect projective interest along with a market analysis with free samples and introductory promotions.
Lastly, the validity of the entire process was done with precision with complete clarity to start the distribution, market and sell of the product using Alternative A.
