Dear Dr. Lakshmanan:

Hello and greetings to you, I am thrilled to offer the chance for you to peruse my report on our proposed product of Demablend Skin.

As representative and the acting acquisition agent for F.O.S. LLC, I am pleased to introduce to you our initial marketing process of this product to be acquired from Jason Leigh Skin Products, Inc. Further as we all know there is considerable concern for our skin and its delicacy and ability to retain scarage, discoloration, wrinkles, age proclamations, stretch marks and keloids and the wish to combat this issues for smooth, beautiful skin.

Therefore, F.O.S. LLC will be changing the composite ingredients of the product acquired from Jason Leigh Products, Inc. to accelerate the rate of change in the surface skin and cellular reactivity to the topically applied products. Also, by the alteration of the product the proposal is to have three alternatives to select from on a comparative basis to choose from and decide on which one to market.

I thank you in advance for allowing me to touch bases with you and allowance of an opportunity to gain your illustrious input into our beginning marketing phase. Please contact me with questions or input any time regarding this report at (989) 332-7718.

Sincerely,

DEMABLEND SKIN PRODUCT 4

Executive Summary

This report examines the possibility of presenting Demablend Skin to market as an additional product to alter and fade scarage, discoloration, wrinkles, age proclamations, stretch marks and keloids to obtain smooth, beautiful skin. The choice of three alternatives will be offered to address the need of a product for differing skin types, racial differences as well as the understanding of cellular changes, age as it affects cells and affectively change the layer of skin that is thinner and prone to injury and damage.

Each alternative is based upon the original product from Jason Leigh Skin Products, Inc. with changes to the composition of Alternative A, Alternative B and Alternative C that would cause the product to help assist in change of skin at differing rates. For example, for Alternative A with the adding of collagen at a base or ratio of 3:1 and selenium at a base or ratio of 4:1 this would cause a change of an additional rate of 40% in comparison to the original product. Alternative B is based upon simulating and duplicating Alternative A with generic brands which would allow cheaper production but can only cause a change of an additional rate of 20% in comparison to the original product.

Alternative C is a product composition of Alternative A to use for general skin but with a reduction of collagen at a rate of 20% and ratio of 3:1 and reduction of selenium at a rate of 25% and ratio of 4:1 with an overall ability to change at an additional rate of 15% compared to the original product. Also, adding lecithin to Alternative A increases the possibilities of change from 40% to an additional 20% change in surface skin. Prior market consideration, research methods and evaluations of alternatives, costs and findings and analysis are done to ensure the promotability of product.

DEMABLEND SKIN PRODUCT 5

Demablend Skin Product

F.O.S. LLC is in the process of acquiring the product from Jason Leigh Skin Products, Inc. and due to the need for advancing study on expanding the product to help deal with differing skin types and racial differences this product needs to undergo a few modifications. The range of compository ingredients have been studied as well as the limitation of the populace that it can accommodate. Fortunately, the transference of rights of acquisition is a very modest amount and with a few recommended changes this product will be ready to distribute in approximately six to eight months from the time of complete change in ownership.

Problem Statement

Presently, Demablend Skin Product is a product that uses inheritory methods to deal with the change of aging skin and with the understanding of cellular changes and age that cause cells to divide slowly and cause a consequential layer of thin skin which is prone to injuries and damage. Therefore, the goal is to change the composition of the product to rectify scars, discolorations, wrinkles, age proclamations, stretch marks and keloids at a more accelerated pace. In connection with the additive the need to explore and expand the product through the exploration process to change the epidermis, dermis and the subcutaneous tissue (hypodermis) to initiate a rejuvenating process. As thus the subjective approach would be used with the need to stabilize the product and allow alteration.
Presently, the cream halts about *45% of alteration and change to the cellular tissue and surface level of the epidermis, dermis with the underlying subcutaneous tissue (hypodermis) halted at 33%. In order to market and reach a larger populace adjusting the compository ingredients as well as analysis have to be done to help accelerate a change in the epidermis, discoloration, stretch marks and tissue scaring (keloids) and retainership of fat cells through rejuvenation. (*In layman terms the active ingredients causes a stop or halt in aging and acceleration of cell death.)

Terminology

Keloids – also known as a keloidal scar is a formation of a scar based upon maturity is composed mainly of either type III or type I collagen.

Collagen – is a main structural protein in the extracellular space in various connective tissues in animal bodies and it is the main component of connective tissue and protein in mammals.

Selenium – is an antioxidant and essential mineral and component of more than two dozen proteins that influence reproduction, the making of DNA, thyroid function and immune response.

Lecithin - is a type of lipid (fat molecule) that helps make up cell membranes in the body. It is important for skin health and for brain health.

Epidermis - is the outermost layers of the skin. It forms a protective barrier over the body's surface and is responsible for keeping water in the body and preventing pathogens from entering.

Dermis – is the layer of skin beneath the epidermis that consists of connective tissue and cushions the body from stress and strain.

Terminology

Subcutaneous Tissue – is also called the hypodermis, hypoderm (from Greek, meaning 'beneath the skin').

Hypodermis - is not part of the skin and lies beneath the dermis. Its purpose is to attach the skin to underlying bone and muscle as well as supplying it with blood vessels and nerves.

Cellular Tissue - is a cellular organizational level intermediate between cells and a complete organ. A tissue is an ensemble of similar cells from the same origin that together carry out a specific function.

Physico-Chemical Change – According to this irregardless of the nature of a cell in relation to thermodynamics there must be two kinds of forces: a force of repulsion, due to metabolism and a force of attraction, due to irritability. Report Overview

The purpose of this report is to stand as a presentation to market Demablend Skin as a competitor in the field of cosmetic care for the populace to change the appearance of scars, discolorations, wrinkles, age proclamations, stretch marks and keloids. As with all products Demablend Skin has to be altered with differing composites to enhance its ability to change surface skin from scarred to smooth, beautiful skin and make it a marketable product. Although cost is not a factor at this time but the altering and testing is the first proposed step and then the test for market analysis and subsequently manufacturing, packaging, pricing and distribution. Research time is to be a factor but based on confidentiality to test the market for possible clients having any physiological, psychological or emotional damage due to scarage and treatment by observers. Therefore, three alternatives will be available along with the criteria to market, summation or research methods, evaluation of alternatives, proposed exposure for test of Alternative A, Alternative B, and Alternative C along with Findings and Analysis.

Overview of Alternatives

Following are three alternatives to assist in the comparison process of choosing a product that can do the requirement of removal of scars, discolorations, wrinkles, age proclamations, stretch marks and keloids:

Alternative A: Inflate the rate of collagen 3:1 and selenium 4:1 to original
compository ingredients to increase the ability to change skin
at a rate of 40% difference.

Alternative B: Simulate and duplicate ingredients of Alternative A with generic
brands to have a different product that can be produced cheaper
but has the ability to change skin overall 20%.

Alternative C: Product composition of Alternative A to approach general skin with
a reduction of collagen to 20% of 3:1 and 25% of selenium 4:1.

Criteria

In order to make the assimilation and change flow smoothly the five criteria would have to be adhered to in order to market the cream and because both are natural products they have been tested as to safety and accepted. In order to confirm marketability the five tests will be done:

1. Expand and test the market for interest.
2. Explore the pricing of product and cost of production.
3. Which manufacturer can mix, package and ready for distribution.
4. Designer of exterior of package.
5. Delivery time the product can be completed and exhibited before Board Members.

Research Methods

Secondary research of the product previously marketed as packaged was gathered as a comparison and standing record. The purpose of researching or using the information regarding the product as originally distributed was to get a questionable estimate of cost per product to market as well as a determination of whether a profit or lost would be sustained and effect on skin.

Next, primary research was rendered and compiled to expand the market for interest and possible inflow of profit compared to secondary research. Observational studies were done to reflect projective interest along with a market analysis with free samples and introductory promotions.

Lastly, the validity of the entire process was done with precision with complete clarity to start the distribution, market and sell of the product using Alternative A.

Prior to the determination and evaluation is the considering of the following:

Due to the nature of physiological and psychological damage to clients the consideration of emotional damage and affective treatment by other people when viewing their scars and their resulting sensitivity to abnormal reaction and treatment is a factor in consideration. Therefore in relation Alternative A is continued for the primary choice to further study scarage in using the selection on a parallel value to speed up the process and affectively change the emotional state.

Further the possibility of a combination or addition to the formula of lecithin may possibly help in the rejuvenation of cells due to its ability to change surface configuration and help in the growth control in tissue. The hypothesis is to add lecithin that may inherently affect the physico-chemical changes of the defining nature of the product and cells. Consequently, my recommendation for my employer is to conservatively add a ratio of 5:1 and doing a test based on the original formula for two weeks and the modified formula and note the changes and decide on the best of the three (Alternative A, Alternative B, or Alternative C).

Evaluations of Alternatives

Change of Composites

Alternative A:

In the case of change to add a level and ratio of 5:1 of lecithin as well as collagen 3:1 and selenium 4:1 to accelerate an overall change over the first proposed 40% to a 20% increase. Due to the necessarily changes the purpose is to overall study the changes between the original
pattern of the epidermis with the original formula and the epidermis with the modified ingredients.

Due to study of relational and parallel psychological and physiological emotional states of concern for exterior scars, discolorations, wrinkles, age proclamations, stretch marks and keloids
the move is to change and study the ability to increase the alternative to support the theory of a safe and quicker change to uphold the composites.

Alternative B

The effective use of a simulated and duplication of ingredients with generic brands to alter the epidermis with the allowance to be replicated at a cheaper rate. Also, the possibility of increased change to be facilitated is with the change of formula or composites to add lecithin that effectively changes the overall ability from 20% to 35%.

The purpose is to reflectively show an increase in the change of scarage with eventual fading and restructuring of surface cells. This product is to be more modestly priced and offered more to a broader scope of the populace.

Alternative C

The purpose of this Alternative is to differentiate the formula and approach to pertain to general skin and reduce the levels of collagen to 20% of 3:1 and 25% of 4:1 selenium but add lecithin to accelerate the change by 15% at a rate of 2:1.

In the case of this Alternative differentiating the product allows a study for those with general skin and note that the epidermis changes quickly and allows changes in the cellular formation at a quicker rate than those who would use Alternative A or Alternative B.

Cost

Alternative A, Alternative B, and Alternative C

The cost of production is not a factor at this time but is a control. The first primary steps include a study and analysis of the true change and then a summarily interview, examination by board members and owners to consider to market to proposed populace.

DEMABLEND SKIN PRODUCT 9

Proposed Exposure for Test of
Alternative A, Alternative B, and Alternative C

1. Offer stipend for participants
2. Provide a daily change questionnaire for participants to fill out
3. Study will last 30 days
4. Before and After documented photos

Compile detailed responses with photos into report for viewing, consideration and analysis to help in the decision process and readying for the next step for possible distribution to sell.

Findings and Analysis

Alternative A offers the most advanced and ability to change the epidermis the quickest with the most revealed productive state of changed surface skin. But Alternative B is a differing composite that can be produced cheaper using simulations and generic brands to duplicate Alternative A but has the residual effects of changing the epidermis at a slower pace but with the same results. Lastly, Alternative C is a change in the formula or composites that renders an approach to general skin wherein the collagen levels are reduced to 20% at a ratio of 3:1 and reduction of selenium by 25% at a ratio of 4:1 and lastly has an addition of lecithin at a ratio of 2:1 to effectively change surface skin.

The purpose of having three alternatives is to have a comparison of change as it deals with the epidermis and all three effective rates of change to be documented and summarily offered as a choice to place on market and the ability to compete against rivaling products and survival rates among the top contenders.

Also, the proposed expansion of market is increasing for the interest and demand is escalating for natural and safe organic products to help the texture of skin, outward beauty and overall tone and coloring. Packaging of the product, pricing and cost of production with choice manufacturer will be based under the results of the market analysis as well as a determination of possible time for distribution with first a prototype to be exhibited to all owners, high shareowners and board members to make a call on possibly exhibiting the product for sale.

As a priority if the decision is made to relay the product for sale based upon either Alternative A, Alternative B or Alternative C the selection of either is a good choice but if the market reflects a desire to eradicate marks, discoloration and aging skin to be rejuvenated then the selection would be again Alternative A.

But if the market analysis brings back a viewing or decision that a more conservative price is needed then Alternative B would be the selection as it is very close to changing the epidermis as Alternative A.

Lastly, if the results from Alternative C are more favorable then either Alternative A or Alternative B then the choice would be Alternative C because of possible changes to the epidermis that is reflected due to testing and documentation of the findings.

Recommendation

Acting on behalf of F.O.S. LLC, after considering the three Alternatives (A, B, C) and the physiological and psychological damage viewed that is considerable and a factor in my decision to support and choose Alternative A and Alternative C. Further the market should support the higher price Product A due to its ability to change surface skin faster and Product C which is geared toward smaller incomes to make the product within their reach and budget and effective change of skin.
