BLOG ENTRY 1

This Week's Assignment consisted of Reading three chapters in WW (Ch. 1, 2 & 15), Reading of "ARS Poetica", "Tell all the Truth but Tell it Slant", BAP poems on Pages 1, 3, 5, 8 & 9, and Goldberg 1 - 38. I enjoyed the reading selection in "Writing down to the bones" and felt it relayed many insights on how to a be a writer and how to express thoughts that a person may have. The book relayed many insights into the writer's personality and youth and it was very refreshing and like an introductory handshake or like a user friendly dialogue that helps develop a rapport with the reader.
