I am again looking at the City of Saginaw, Michigan as a pilot still to bring commerce, new economy, infusing of monies in businesses, equalizing treatment of people as human beings with feelings and teaching appropriate behavior as norms exist and continue enforcing of laws and regulations with no nuances, innuendo and or incorporating sexual favors as payment or exchange for jobs, training, etc.
I know we have had some bad episodes in this city but I still feel we are a contender for a college town and with that boon under our belt we can also be a facilitator and welcoming committee to any plant that would fit comfortably into the confines of land that exist. General Motors has property that has no contamination and would enable the rebuilding of this town since its positioning is unique for it is ¾ of the Sec. 24 pole and rumored to be lucky for all the Indians were glad to rid themselves of this property and technically it is reservation property and a casino situated here would not hamper Mt. Pleasant’s business but enhance the attractiveness of coming to Saginaw as well and bring surplus monies into the Income Tax Department that allows overage to be shifted to troubled departments each year.
I also have my dream of opening a small wisecracking shop called “Stupid Cunt” downtown as a tourist attraction owned by Felicia McCaw as symbolic of my travails and other women who were condescended to and I would like to use my notoriety to bring riches to us all.
