8-12-20 ADDRESS A CONCERN To CITY OF SAGINAW

Hello gracious Council Members of Saginaw the last time I corresponded with you was September 23, 2019 regarding unoccupied properties and the necessary need to register this property as so.  I paid the fees for 2019 and 2020 but I disagree with the late being a $150.  I feel that each person who is charged this fee is being deliberately gouged and a ploy to rip the property from the owner’s hand by legalized thievery.  The fee is exorbitant and should not be allowed.  It is very similar to the exorbitant amounts charged for charge cards which is being addressed now due to it being like doing business with a loan shark.

The City of Saginaw is now the loan shark now with knowledge of the recessed properties and financial difficulties and Covid taking its toll on the people living in this City.  I feel that some kind of leeway has to be given to provide a breather and allow positive change to help rebuild this city.  I have been doing my part with my website (Feliciaswritingjournal.blogspot.com/) to try to bring positive change, honorable workers and people to live in this City to become proud of their origin and how to strive, learn, and adapt to any way of life God has given us.  I am very pro education for all who live in this blessed country even though sometimes it seems hard but I still have my dream that we all can make a difference in the quality of education that our children are given.

Curiosity and intriguing a child’s mind to look and aspire to become part of the human net we are to save one and all to be part of this Country’s trumpeting cry we erred, but we are correcting ourselves quickly and readying our people and equipping them with the need and will  to withstand blow after blow and getting ready to stand and protect again and again and again.  We are America and We are fallible but We hear a cry of one and two and We are not Afraid because WE ARE THE HUMAN NET THAT KNOWS TO IGNORE IS IGNOBLE AND DISASTEROUS FOR ALL.
