FM – Posting to City of Saginaw 2017

Another fast talking clip is the look and view of Saginaw as a future college town with Ann Arbor the mentor and Saginaw the mentee.

I cannot stress it enough the need to snap the pace to fast and bring a hello to the upgrade of this city and with that the checking into to see if there are financial benefits and gratuities to move the evolving and transformation from the old to the new. With conversion comes the opportunity for jobs, benefits, educational positions and a mirror image of the Museum in Detroit as the iconic cultural and celebration base of a new two city with class and zap.

Purpose encourage education and the avenue of enlightenment that comes with the fidelity of being American and the way and will of the people.

Structure here structure there means we rise like the phoenix from the ashes of hell itself and bring for the call of a new day, a new way and an instrument to sing and herald the call of the young, free and proud in all of our young people of tomorrow.

Seeing land as a commoditious adventure and not a laborious cumbersome asset but a blessing to build a community safe, tight and secure.

Fellowship grants created, structured to expand, build on vacancies to help nurture young families, elderly and medium age families to begin the healing and nurturing of a city that was dying but with the influx of industry comes the revolution to counter and change and bring forth the young to lead the way.

The intent also is to save a structure and remodel with used instead of new to save, economize and develop a strategic training to educate always and improve the racial harmony starting with this city and then build a chain to make a unique blend to bring technology to the land of unknown and here. Those trained always know is the way and that is to make the locale the center and flourish it with thoughts of new change.

NEWS FLASH!!!!

Here is what I want to see a new “you” for Saginaw, Michigan. Ideal buildings for the transformation of our hub bub of central locality includes the saving of building on the corner of E. Genesee and Washington Avenue and neighboring structure. New structure to be gutted and revamped and cut-into apartments with double pane steel overhead balcony and three plane windows with an elegant scroll gate with a possible WiFi get together downstairs for students, visitors etc.

To see what I see is to use Bay City as a mentor and follow their example of their casual laid back geeky chic (See the MILL END LOFTS in Bay City, Michigan) (Reference – SEE GREAT LAKES BAY MAGAZINE). All squarish designed buildings can be remodeled and changed to save the cost of overhauling and changing the look and feel of Saginaw. A new elegant look is what we need to bring in jobs, educational people, retain our honorable young people and keep an area exposed to a positive flow for all in this city.
