Dear President Obama and world: RE: THREE CREDIT UNIONS

Dear President Obama and world:

RE: THREE CREDIT UNIONS

I would like to open this topic for the world to discuss concerns that they may have with the three credit report agencies that we have in America and what I feel is necessary.

I feel that it is intricately racist and geared toward forcing minorities and the impoverished white populace in the worst credit bracket imaginable and geared toward oppression and suppression.

For one thing any inquiry equals a depreciation in credit score and is retained in creditor records for future reference in the offering of credit lines, loans or mortgages.

Secondary, I feel it is unlawful to put lawsuits in records because of invasion of privacy. These records are unusually subpoenaed from the court system and feel fraud is being done whether known or not it is still incorrect.

Thirdly, removal of creditors from report if account has been outstanding for seven years with no double reporting is being done, e.g., judgment in district court and by companies (both refer to the same original bill but is reported twice as a detriment to the consumer) with funds outstanding. Fraud is fraud.

Fourthly, reporting of interest on dead accounts is illegal and fraudulent business reporting. Once account is closed and reflects the balance that was outstanding at closure and finalization this is the only balance that is due and just this amount only with no fees, interest or whatever to escalate it upward.

Also, any bills of value of less than five hundred dollars is unfair business tactics and intentional harm and harassment to consumers suffering whether from illness or any other harm and prevents gainful employment to try to pay these outstanding bills.

Further, two companies are sufficient or just one and each has the same records and if correct information is supposedly at just one of them they need to analyze, be revamped and organize the agencies to just one if ten employees or less are employed.

Obsolete rules need to be discarded and restricted for better running and customer care and understanding and further this score should not be used in car purchases that escalate the interest rates too high a rate, house rental, insurance, entertainment companies or any companies whereby a consumer is looked at prejudice or bias.

Fair is fairness to us Americans is what we want. We can’t buy if we are financially ruined by a crippling low credit score.

It takes a lot to express displeasure, resentment, anger because of fear. Protesting passively is all I know and appealing for myself and others.

Thank you.
