Proposal to upscale the City of Saginaw by eliminating blight, decay and the look of a dying city. On conditional funding of monies to serve as the head of this quest housing structures will be built as established leases to own (Ten properties built at each interval) which will be based on the renewal of subdivisions and already established addresses in the city per plat map to be segmented off for citizens of Saginaw and plant workers. Rental leases of $350 per month (example of housing suburbs in movie “Edward Scissorhands”) uniform height, lot size, etc. based upon square feet and bedrooms.
Change bidding process from City Manager having total authorization to limited authorization and choice back to sealed bids process to allow fair competitive offers and saving and better budgeting of funds and allow better venue (scanned bids, certified mail or registered mail # as cross reference of receipt and acknowledgement) and the employment of workers from compressed areas will be tendered as acceptable in the trade of building per experience and license.
Contractor Bids for work on ten houses (invite wholesalers to bid and possibility of discount if acknowledged winner of bid.)

Framers – Structural Framework – windows – siding (10 houses)

Tenants and Landlords on the system – Felicia’s Viewpoints
One of my gripes as a former landlord is the ability of the tenants to deliberately screw the Landlord out of their rental money.
The first thing they do is whine to Social Services with the most outrageous lies they can think of to cut the payments off and claim they will relay the payment themselves. Right. Sure. All the time they are living in the Landlord’s house destroying their property and the average Landlord is not rich as Croesus to just continue pouring money into the property every time they get into a hissy fit and start tearing the shit out of each house their unpleasant ass lives in. I have been there and me and mom have been hollered at and physically threatened and we had to call the police to assist us. I myself, Lord forgive me was nearly driven into a rage of hell shit wish to beat the shit out of this person.
When you are a women alone this brings about a level of acceptable aggression to protect what is yours that you worked for all these f. years. What do you get when a tenant comes around and lives in your house, f. it up, infest it with so many roaches that they can carry your ass to the burial place themselves.
Of course, you know you can’t do everything so you leave someone in charge to collect rent, etc. (mom) but guess what these young people don’t want to pay and when you tell them they have to leave and you don’t care where the hell they go because you know something bad (mean karma) is going to exacerbate the situation and it might result in someone’s death and you just stop caring.
First thing you do is cover yourself and call the police and if they f. with you … you have the right to determine the situation and apply your decisional ability to shoot to kill, maim, injure or render unconscious. Why should you die for your own s.?
Because I believe in holding what is mine … I am being attacked by a huge number of men with some mean s. rumors of guess what… you name it and it’s out there! Isn’t this special because I am trying to stand up for myself … this is why rumors of shit and muck are circulating around me and my family … trying to destroy me mostly to get to the rest of my family and those I care about! What would you do…but try to think your way out of this shit and I don’t care if it takes forever…I don’t quit! It will be you one day…from my determination they are pretty shrewd, calculating and dangerous.
If you don’t want to pay the rent owing … don’t move yourself in someone’s property taking their little investment nest egg and destroying their life so now they are impoverished now because of your jealousy, thoughts of…that someone owes you something, hate, meanness and cruelty towards people who give you a chance.
I fault Social Services for not making sure the Landlords are paid and you are a contributor to fraud along with the tenant. The Landlord should be paid…and not given the “invisible shaft”. Isn’t that special “hee hee” is the cheaters chuckle at hardworking individuals. I despise a lying, manipulating, b., lying m. cheater and always will…if it takes my last I will pay for shelter over my so-called no-good ass. Go figure we all know where to get some free money…don’t we…and f. someone at the same time.
I am never going to stop fighting in the manner I was told “passive resistance” and am glad that I have the right to express my anger at being treated in written form in a perfectly civilized manner and feel that I am equal to anyone else and should be allowed a lawsuit. I guess it will take a genius like our most esteemed Einstein to be resurrected to help us pronto.

FM - POSTING TWO TO CITY OF SAGINAW
CITY OF SAGINAW, MICHIGAN
POSTING TWO
Additional Goals
This City of Saginaw will serve as a pilot or model to follow to bring life resurging throughout the veins in this city and others. We want growth, prosperity, commerce, jobs, training and educational opportunities for everyone to bring a new influx of individuals with qualifications to fill these coming jobs. We help the citizens of Saginaw first.
Further a small project to fix the residents teeth with discounts off their student loans be allowable to participating dentists to offset the cost of payments. Everyone in other countries are fixing their countrymen teeth whereas we are not. Is that what it means to be a citizen to feel no one cares and be left to suffer in misery and pain?
This country is one of the leaders in the world and if we don’t care for the common man or woman we don’t have nothing to live for or stand for and we may as well hang our hat up. Having bad teeth is not a sign of self-neglect it is a lack due to employed poverty where a person is caught in the income bracket and can’t afford nothing additional without crashing and robbing Peter to pay Paul and this type of behavior will not help no one survive.
I suggest discounts from student loans to enable dental students and dentists to participate and fix people teeth for practice, experience and self-gratification and know that they helped someone in need. There is nothing more empowering to know that you helped one person, two, three, four and on and on in a time of inexplicable impossibility. We all are compassion and I hate to see someone in pain.
Please understand that a huge majority of people are in trouble from the effect of the recession and depression that we are in and are heavily dependent upon each other to make it and it is not a question of monies now but a question of true humanity and compassion for I understand the stress, hurt, pain, despair of seeing no way to make it. But as I see it God is here and he knows and all you have to do is ask ask and it is.
Further, because of my faith I know that there is someone who will help someone in need even if they have to enter this country and volunteer and help all these troubled people with basic care, e.g., extraction, fillings, implants – for study – petition for volunteers, root canals – for study – petition for volunteers and anything past these basics would have to be referred elsewhere for care with discounts.
My goal as usual is to help our own anyway we can and that is starting with basic dental health free for all who can prove they have nothing to fix their teeth and shows a continuous pattern of being this way. In exchange some work plan can be established to show appreciation for the work done on teeth and not only will they get help they can get work experience as well for their projected future in the work field.

Resurging Life in the Meijer’s Chain
Meijer’s, Inc. was founded in 1934 and is acknowledged as a pioneer and the first in establishing a supermarket chain. In the year of 1962, the concept of supercenter was born and created as his dream child. Approximately 200 stores exist today and the need to support Meijer’s is tantamount in its importance because of the locality and populace it serves that needs the existence of these stores because they live far out and near.
The purpose of this entreaty is to save Meijer’s for it was the first conglomerate supermarket to hire African Americans. No nepotism was ever allowed in this chain whatsoever with all family members being trained from the floor up. To me this is America and I will stand with you (Meijer’s) and Sears forever for you took a dream and made it sublime surreal from nothing and that is what I want to do is be you one day.
I feel a more welcoming approach is needed in coming in. Open spaces mean come in and partially blocked sections give a double meaning that you are welcome on a conditional basis. The stores need to be revamped as inexpensively as possible with bigger signs telling where everything is and a map with large letters for sight identification ( use printer shops that can cut cost as well as advertisers – look for competitive prices for printing jobs – sales paper, etc.).
Bigger sales advertisements for those with vision problems and also shift around men’s department for a more open look when customers come in for we cater to men first for they are the breadwinner then the beautiful wives, daughters and girlfriends whether they are physically so or not you are all beautiful.
