CITY OF SAGINAW, MICHIGAN
POSTING TWO
Additional Goals
This City of Saginaw will serve as a pilot or model to follow to bring life resurging throughout the veins in this city and others. We want growth, prosperity, commerce, jobs, training and educational opportunities for everyone to bring a new influx of individuals with qualifications to fill these coming jobs. We help the citizens of Saginaw first.
Further a small project to fix the residents teeth with discounts off their student loans be allowable to participating dentists to offset the cost of payments. Everyone in other countries are fixing their countrymen teeth whereas we are not. Is that what it means to be a citizen to feel no one cares and be left to suffer in misery and pain?
This country is one of the leaders in the world and if we don’t care for the common man or woman we don’t have nothing to live for or stand for and we may as well hang our hat up. Having bad teeth is not a sign of self-neglect it is a lack due to employed poverty where a person is caught in the income bracket and can’t afford nothing additional without crashing and robbing Peter to pay Paul and this type of behavior will not help no one survive.
I suggest discounts from student loans to enable dental students and dentists to participate and fix people teeth for practice, experience and self-gratification and know that they helped someone in need. There is nothing more empowering to know that you helped one person, two, three, four and on and on in a time of inexplicable impossibility. We all are compassion and I hate to see someone in pain.
Please understand that a huge majority of people are in trouble from the effect of the recession and depression that we are in and are heavily dependent upon each other to make it and it is not a question of monies now but a question of true humanity and compassion for I understand the stress, hurt, pain, despair of seeing no way to make it. But as I see it God is here and he knows and all you have to do is ask ask and it is.
Further, because of my faith I know that there is someone who will help someone in need even if they have to enter this country and volunteer and help all these troubled people with basic care, e.g., extraction, fillings, implants – for study – petition for volunteers, root canals – for study – petition for volunteers and anything past these basics would have to be referred elsewhere for care with discounts.
My goal as usual is to help our own anyway we can and that is starting with basic dental health free for all who can prove they have nothing to fix their teeth and shows a continuous pattern of being this way. In exchange some work plan can be established to show appreciation for the work done on teeth and not only will they get help they can get work experience as well for their projected future in the work field.

Resurging Life in the Meijer’s Chain
Meijer’s, Inc. was founded in 1934 and is acknowledged as a pioneer and the first in establishing a supermarket chain. In the year of 1962, the concept of supercenter was born and created as his dream child. Approximately 200 stores exist today and the need to support Meijer’s is tantamount in its importance because of the locality and populace it serves that needs the existence of these stores because they live far out and near.
The purpose of this entreaty is to save Meijer’s for it was the first conglomerate supermarket to hire African Americans. No nepotism was ever allowed in this chain whatsoever with all family members being trained from the floor up. To me this is America and I will stand with you (Meijer’s) and Sears forever for you took a dream and made it sublime surreal from nothing and that is what I want to do is be you one day.
I feel a more welcoming approach is needed in coming in. Open spaces mean come in and partially blocked sections give a double meaning that you are welcome on a conditional basis. The stores need to be revamped as inexpensively as possible with bigger signs telling where everything is and a map with large letters for sight identification ( use printer shops that can cut cost as well as advertisers – look for competitive prices for printing jobs – sales paper, etc.).
Bigger sales advertisements for those with vision problems and also shift around men’s department for a more open look when customers come in for we cater to men first for they are the breadwinner then the beautiful wives, daughters and girlfriends whether they are physically so or not you are all beautiful.
Change department to be more open in the women’s department per season as weather changes put clearance in back. Also, add a dollar section for those who have limited income.
We want to be like the company Old Dominion known for their slogan “Helping the World Keep Promises” for we are Meijer’s and Sears and we stand for ourselves, employees, merchandise and the American Way. We are here and we agree with you for a promise is our blood.

Sears is one of Felicia’s babies and her wish is for us to save Sears because it is one of the foremost prominent department store chains that started out as a mail order catalog company. Free enterprise is what Sears is and the American Way to live, breathe and fight opposing takeover and stay American Owned. Founded by Richard Warren Sears and Alvah Curtis Roebuck in 1886 and previously based in the Sears Tower in Chicago and is currently located and headquartered in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.
The purpose of this salute to Sears and Americans is that because of them it has helped Sears survive as well as provide top quality merchandise based on the American way who believe in a honest dollar for a honest days work and underscore in honesty, integrity, sheer grit, determination, hard work, top notch employees who put the “p” in patriotism.
We (everybody – owners, customers, and visitors) are Sears for we have withstood the bleak unhappiness and ate the bitter root but Sears has always been there for us and we want to be there for you because you helped us be here for you. You are an American Icon because
Sears back the men in this country and we are here to be your back back.
Your tools are lifetime guaranteed because of the special alloy you use to pour your tools. We know you are busy and can’t afford to be somewhere with tools that crack, break and snap under a small pressure and that is why Sears will always be the best for the few returns that come in with broken tools that otherwise would compromise you in a life threatening situation.
I want Sears to stay in business and provide the excellent products that only they have and this is history in the making because not many chains can state they progressed from a mail order company and we just can’t afford to let it go for our men are Sears and our women are Sears. Sears is also an affiliate of Kmart and is the fifth-largest American Department Store and my suggestion is to generate more sales and help consumers by continuing to provide quality products.
Some of the ideas I hoped for was a suggestion box to receive input of either negative or positive to receive input as to our service, products and treatment towards you (our customers) to keep us in the competitive market.
Start a Lease Program like Kmart with lease of merchandise that has been in the store longer and clearance merchandise equal lower lease payments with no further drop in prices and comparable merchandise match with sales paper or phone call to get the same price another merchandiser is offering, keep staff polite with no sexual harassment, slow down inventory intake and lease all older merchandise left after outright sales then buy inventory upgrade, no clearance on big ticket items but offer lease or good sale for the intake of liquid money.
Compose questionnaires to check desires of customers and cultivate and entice the Black market, Mexican market and Asian market and any other races to be future customers.
I worked for Sears briefly and I am impressed with the quality of merchandise they carried and always will be.

The plot of this picture gives a synopsis of the level of cliques in a school system which I will refer to as a “jungle”. Also, refers to subcultures of mix, White, Black, Asian, Iraq, Arabian, Chinese and others. Examples of some of the other Cliques who use special names, e.g., are Geeks, Nerds, Super A, Jerk-Offs, Wipes, Shits, Snots, Bitches, Sluts, etc. What seems to be the usual Victim is the “kid” that is a so-called misfit, unfit and pitiful is shown their place in society early in life. The usual methodology includes public humiliation, personal degradation and wonders of wonders the use of scandalous gossip that takes on a persona of truth as we know and breathe so help me God. Not.
Indeed everything we say is factual and actuality with no connivance of course, manipulation, or alteration by the mocking bird that relays the most titillating pure juicy totally outrageous news flash that would wow the world and shake us all in our brain until we hemorrhage on our sheer magnificence of what we just told somebody. Go figure we got it right and we are always right. Right. Clique. Whose life is it anyway? We know them in and out and we have the right to tell the world anything hurtful and mess them up bad isn’t that the true? Is this fair to the person who did you no harm?
The movie takes on a life of its own in the form of a comedic portrayal of hysteria in the making of psychological twists of what I like to classify as mass hysteria and that is the seduction and conditioning of the masses to change their behavioral pattern. Norms and social rigidity is ignored in this movie as in the book “Odd Girl Out written by Rachel Simmons” which reflects ulterior methods, gossip, double talk and lies to defame another girl’s or woman’s character utilizing Cliques (group of females – girls and women) to destroy another human’s id or psyche as written in my paper “Lost Boys and Odd Girl Out Research paper by Felicia McCaw (it's on this website - google on please - search”.
Behavioral patterns have already been studied and the effect from positive to negative is reflected in the movie which results in extreme desensitization and what I classify as despicable behavior, e.g., are cited in my paper which include spreading rumors, lying, setting up their quarry, manipulation to inflict psychological pain, cruel text messages, emotional abuse, deliberate isolation, exploitation, blackmail, photographs, stalking, ruthlessness and aggressiveness that exceed norm and cruelty.
As is the process of this brief analysis is to study our youth and prevent the destruction of our most precious asset. Them.

The assignment is to watch the movie, answer the questions with emotional feeling and thought and write an essay of the possible consequences of living with the thought of yourself being caught up in hurting another human being that they cannot go on who commits suicide.
Can you live with yourself and the knowledge that everyone has judged you as killer who put the bullet in the gun but didn’t pull the trigger yourself but you are the prodder who egged and hounded them on until they could not take it anymore? Would you feel indifferent and why? What has happened to the moralistic thought of caring and why did everyone become uncaring of what the outside world thinks or feels about your being the catalyst in this sad scenario?
By doing so you will develop stimulative comprehension, interpretative comprehension, and thought comprehension. These are classified as starters and teaching sessions.
Stimulative Comprehension - Consist of stimuli that encourages thought patterns to emerge that facilitate understanding with more comprehension and continuous thought.
Interpretative Comprehension - Consist of taking a thought and becoming more analytical and interpretative of the intent whether clearly versed or hidden and obtaining the intent to keep on.
Thought Comprehension - is the last step in assimilation because it takes in account the stimuli and the reason (interpretative comprehension) and it will facilitate considerable change and expanded thought that allows more understanding and evolved thought patterns.
1. Generate Questions that incorporates using exploratory thought patterns and will allow more concise assimilation.
2. Answers become more broadened, detailed and generate more interactive ability and cognizant ability expands when continuing reading.
3. More ability to be analytical and upgradeable analysis and observational skill will naturally expand as student grows and matures.
4. Summary and conclusionary thought of subject provide assimilative procedures by using the supposedly common tools that are a base but is allowable to be expanded to ensure more accurate reading and entails allowing thought processes to increase.

The movie takes on a life of its own in the form of a comedic portrayal of hysteria in the making of psychological twists of what I like to classify as mass hysteria and that is the seduction and conditioning of the masses to change their behavioral pattern. Norms and social rigidity is ignored in this movie as in the book “Odd Girl Out written by Rachel Simmons” which reflects ulterior methods, gossip, double talk and lies to defame another girl’s or woman’s character utilizing Cliques (group of females – girls and women) to destroy another human’s id or psyche as written in my paper “Lost Boys and Odd Girl Out Research paper by Felicia McCaw (it's on this website - google on please - search”.
Behavioral patterns have already been studied and the effect from positive to negative is reflected in the movie which results in extreme desensitization and what I classify as despicable behavior, e.g., are cited in my paper which include spreading rumors, lying, setting up their quarry, manipulation to inflict psychological pain, cruel text messages, emotional abuse, deliberate isolation, exploitation, blackmail, photographs, stalking, ruthlessness and aggressiveness that exceed norm and cruelty.
As is the process of this brief analysis is to study our youth and prevent the destruction of our most precious asset. Them.

Propose Extra Credit to teacher and ask if you can do an oral presentation with students asking you questions to allow you to become used to speaking in front of a crowd. This will teach you how to be an orator and a great speaker one day.
The assignment is to watch the movie, answer the questions with emotional feeling and thought and write an essay of the possible consequences of living with the thought of yourself being caught up in hurting another human being that they cannot go on who commits suicide.
Can you live with yourself and the knowledge that everyone has judged you as killer who put the bullet in the gun but didn’t pull the trigger yourself but you are the prodder who egged and hounded them on until they could not take it anymore? Would you feel indifferent and why? What has happened to the moralistic thought of caring and why did everyone become uncaring of what the outside world thinks or feels about your being the catalyst in this sad scenario?
By doing so you will develop stimulative comprehension, interpretative comprehension, and thought comprehension. These are classified as starters and teaching sessions.
Stimulative Comprehension - Consist of stimuli that encourages thought patterns to emerge that facilitate understanding with more comprehension and continuous thought.
Interpretative Comprehension - Consist of taking a thought and becoming more analytical and interpretative of the intent whether clearly versed or hidden and obtaining the intent to keep on.
Thought Comprehension - is the last step in assimilation because it takes in account the stimuli and the reason (interpretative comprehension) and it will facilitate considerable change and expanded thought that allows more understanding and evolved thought patterns.
1. Generate Questions that incorporates using exploratory thought patterns and will allow more concise assimilation.
2. Answers become more broadened, detailed and generate more interactive ability and cognizant ability expands when continuing reading.
3. More ability to be analytical and upgradeable analysis and observational skill will naturally expand as student grows and matures.
4. Summary and conclusionary thought of subject provide assimilative procedures by using the supposedly common tools that are a base but is allowable to be expanded to ensure more accurate reading and entails allowing thought processes to increase.
