This book is a compilation of cruel injustices done in the Southern states located in the United States.
Authorized and written by Ida B. Wells-Barnett who was the owner and journalist who reported the acts of unjustifiable acts of savagery aimed at Colored or Negro people in various states located in the South. This report reflects what is known that the mingling of the two races is not desired or wanted in the South in the past or the present. Further because of this attraction between the two was the eventual act of being found out sinning and the result of offspring being born reflected activity between the two races when it resulted in a mulatto offspring. Consequently, the Negro man was punished, maimed, hung and killed in various violent acts of hate and prejudice.
The Negro race is thought of as being inferior and that is why they are dehumanized and cruelly set upon by a mob that acts en masse and shows or feels no guilt for their actions of savagery and is a strong arm tactic that curtailed the acts of rape by Negro men who did not get a trial. As noted and studied people like to act in mobs to shield themselves from being charged individually for crimes committed. Ever has it been the misfortune of the Negro race to be hated, reviled, exploited, perjured against and just hated for their very differences. Harsh is the justice relayed to Negro men accused of raping a white woman because of the damage done to her very reputation or the reputation of white women. Also, if one incident is allowed then others would follow. Once a Negro man has overstepped the boundaries of correct and appropriate behavior he is summarily dealt with the harshest, cruelest punishment with swift immediacy. Sometimes he is given a trial or is left in the hands of a vigilante crowd of white men. The very thought of a Negro man being intimate with a white woman is hated, resented and will not be allowed after she has been exposed to public scrutiny and because she is held in contempt some white women cry “rape” to not be despised by her own race and spat upon.
Because of the increase of copulating between the two races Southerners took other measures to constrict and prevent this merging of the two race by incarcerating some for miscegenation whether they were demi-monde or appeared white (light complexion Negro). Any offspring from a Negro man was viewed as “rape” and the white woman who had the child was disgraced and the only way to restore her honor was to have the “alleged rapist” killed.
Further, white male aggression and acts of savagery aimed against Negro children and adult Negro females were not punished. Many crimes were committed against those who were in the wrong place at the right time and because of justice not being brought against the white men who committed these acts of rape these actions brought forth resentment by the Negro man who cried foul play by white men and started boycotting businesses by the very unfairness of a white man not being tried and punished properly. The appalled, offended, shocked refused to patronize services, businesses and companies that treated them less than human and judged them guilty of any crime committed.

New Proposed Solar Plant for Saginaw
Thanks to Katherine Latimore’s care for her surroundings and the blight that is continuing afflicting cities small and large. The brave and gusty Latimore, 65, (one of our treasured citizens of Saginaw, Michigan) gathered together dozens of neighbors and rallied against the construction of a federal prisoner halfway home now located at Leon Scott and Norman. Which to my opinion was and is a waste of time and money when there was already a suitable building on State Street which was torn down at the expense of the City of Saginaw (please verify this). Furthermore, that building was closer to the City of Saginaw Police Department where any disturbances could be quickly staunched.
Although, I stated that it was a waste of time and money the half-way house that was built to replace the old building is a very nicely built and kept facility and by glancing at it you can tell that someone is being kept there due to …should we say allegedly wrongdoing (that is the question that everyone is asking) when they are being let out early and continue to break the law and get into the same mischief over and over.

Now for a positive note we (City of Saginaw citizens and surrounding counties) are elated that a new plant (Global Watt of San Jose, California startup company) (valued at $177 million) is coming to the City of Saginaw. This plant is by far the most positive thing that has happened to this city in a long time and will hire approximately 500 workers within five years. Also, due to the anticipation of having a new plant in this area this good news, as well as having, a community police officer patrol the neighborhood, continuance to demolish the Northeast Side’s eyesores and the improvement of roads is just like having icing on a cake and being able to eat it too.
The City of Saginaw’s resident are happy that the Citizens of Saginaw (residents of Saginaw) are coming forth and letting everyone know what is going on instead of listening to gossip and speculation. According to the Saginaw News the proposed location of this plant will be located at 1200 Leon Scott which is blighted and features a criminal element that remains but has slowed in recent years.
The reason why the criminal element has slowed and is steadily being constantly removed is due to the City of Saginaw Drug Force Elimination Team. This team is constantly and continually working to wipe out this criminal element and that is why this section is not worser than it could be. Maybe some representatives of the City of Saginaw and from the GlobalWatt Plant should go to bigger cities like Flint, Detroit, New York and others and you will

see a lot of deteriorated neighborhoods due to lack of jobs and the breadwinner’s inability to maintain their homes and families due to lack of employment. This is why there is so much crime because no one is going to let their families starve. The lack of jobs and the continually closing of so many companies, plants and the list goes on and on to explain why so many people are out of work is increasing the outporing of criminal activity everywhere.
So any action on your part to not put a plant where it will help end some of this criminal activity will not help the City of Saginaw financially, emotionally, or positively. But doing so will help this city get back on it feet. This will help the City of Saginaw get more contracts, generate more money to enable wise investments and obtain more capital for the City of Saginaw. This will allow certain members of the City of Saginaw Council Members to learn to invest and diversify a certain amount of money of the City of Saginaw to start earning interest and monies on behalf of the City of Saginaw Residents.

Seclusionist Lens
My preference for the Seclusionist Lens falls in the category score range of “11”.
Because I am rather laid back when it comes to this section this is appropriate for because I believe in allowing people to make free choice.
Some of Frank’s characteristics that I agree with are that he is uneasy about who is moving in the neighborhood and who might cause unusual negatives waves in the community. Some people are unfortunately criminal and have a determined mindset to cause mayhem and cause irrevocable harm. Further the ability to community with some people is impossible and dealing with them sometimes causes a lot of stress. Furthermore, some people feel more comfortable dealing with their race.
This lens can be used to communicate with others because they are able to branch our professionally and still retain a reclusive nature. Further they are able to express and communicate that they don’t mind some involvement in their race but limit the relaying of useless behavior patterns.
The Seclusionist Lens is very close to the Cultural Lens because both have a lot of similarities. They both believe in retaining individuality of races and the lack of need to fully assimilate in another race. Learning self and who you are is important to both and being yourself is tantamount to Gold. Furthermore, people of different races, ethnicities and economic/social status can exhibit similar attitudes regarding certain situations, interactions problems and complete empathy scenarios.

RUNNING WITH SCISSORS - Brief Analysis

This story is a compelling autobiography of Augusten Burroughs and has very unique qualities of true life events and mini events that has affected the writer’s life.
A brief analysis based on Cynthia Crosson-Tower Understanding Child Abuse and Neglect.
The family identified in the book is a nuclear family. The family has no true steady home but is relocated several times throughout the book.
The mother’s role was actively dysfunctional along with the son’s role with no chance to establish normalcy.
Communication was done reflective of silences, mood swings, facial expressions and voice tones and conveying all messages.
No established rituals, family traditions but some holiday celebrations with life rituals.
As per Crosson-Tower as reference the criteria for completing basic tasks have not been met:
1. Failure to complete basic task which involve everyday living established procedures and normal habitual requirements.
2. Failure to adapt to changes brought on by developmental tasks – improper or lacking of ability to evolve and develop emotionally, develop relational values, moral values and mental acquiesce to stability.
3. Failure to deal with crises – inability to deal with miniscule to higher levels of crises. (For example, rejection at poetry reading, arguments with husband, homeless state.)
4. Failure to deal with societal pressures:
Inability to go to school, pressure and stress allowed admittance to mental hospital.

PROPOSAL
I. Forensics Psychologist Analysis of Crime Scenes Evidence Modification & Streamline Proposal (CAD Crime Scene Reinvent) Software Package
II. The purpose of this proposal is to use a software package to reinvent the scene in direct or simulated physicality format which takes the image of the physical scene and breaks it down into modules to give the court system a slow methodical re-enaction of the scene carried through step by step. Minute details will be examined and detailed reports are being compiled to relay to examiner of the proposal the evidence of its feasibility and usefulness. Correlated reports are being checked to further test the software validity and reflect the ration of eliminating errors and the odds of checking, catching and correcting glitches. This new software will reflect the actual crime pieced together to be examined and increase the odds of plausibility to eliminate the ration and odds of errors.
III. Crime Scene Examination Process
A. The creation of several scenarios are being done with the analysis of situational crime and a compiling of evidence for each scene and the initialization will begin the analysis of the recreated scenario with the old CAD system and the new proposed CAD Crime Scene Reinvent Software Package.
Situation 1 – Currently the crime scene is being reenacted by CAD which allows the input of data from the crime but gives a poor portrayal of the scene. Because of this the analysis and re-enaction is not able to be used as evidence and viewed suspiciously as trumped up information. The problem with this software is that it is unable to give a clear schismatic of the scene and leaves out important timing and slows down the visual effects therefore creating the illusion of facts left out and probability factor unanswered and unaccounted for.
B. CAD Crime Scene Reinvent is a prototype presently given to the U.S. Security and Crime Prevention Team that is being utilized by my company. It is one of the most unique futuristic tools that will allow the cut down of investigation

periods and compiled in sequential number format accessible by the Police Department and Investigative Teams only. Testing has revealed that if far exceeds the first version of CAD by its meticulous details and views of several possible scenarios to be examined and the old system will be put into obsolescence and the new CAD Crime Scene Reinvent will be modified and its flexibility increased to incorporate into new written mini programs which will consist of a new computer language to accommodate future changes. Further it will allow a trigger point to point out any inaccuracies or non-logical data that is entered incorrectly. Because of the dismissal of crime forensics evidence and portrayals this new software was devised by my company to accurately reenact crime scenes.
C. Visual effects are increased, to magnify and reflect the new system’s clarity and better visual capabilities and images are modified to slow down the visual effects more and increase clarity of images retain probabilities that can be altered or maintained.
D. All modifications and updates to CAD Crime Scene Reinvent software will be relayed to the U.S. Security and Crime Prevention Team to test effectiveness and sound proof errors or options that they would like to have incorporated in the software package.
E. Funding for the software developers and presentation of this project and initiation into the current police department and investigative team database additions is required. The main theory to be relayed is the conciseness of the software and its relative inexpensiveness to implement and the ability to prove without a doubt the accuracy of information compiled to support the Investigative Team Analysis of the Crime Scene and prosecution of the accused culprit.

F. Further testing of the sequential number format will be deviated and altered for easier accessibility for the Police Department and Investigative Teams only. Additional triggers will be entered and accessibility and functionality will be used for analysis.

The purpose of this proposal is to use a software package to reinvent the scene in direct or simulated physicality format which takes the image of the physical scene and breaks it down into modules to give the court system a slow methodical re-enaction of the scene carried through step by step. Minute details will be examined and detailed reports are being compiled to relay to examiner of the proposal the evidence of its feasibility and usefulness. Correlated reports are being checked to further test the software validity and reflect the ration of eliminating errors and the odds of checking, catching and correcting glitches. This new software will reflect the actual crime pieced together to be examined and increase the odds of plausibility to eliminate the ration and odds of errors.
III. Crime Scene Examination Process
A. The creation of several scenarios are being done with the analysis of situational crime and a compiling of evidence for each scene and the initialization will begin the analysis of the recreated scenario with the old CAD system and the new proposed CAD Crime Scene Reinvent Software Package.
Situation 1 – Currently the crime scene is being reenacted by CAD which allows the input of data from the crime but gives a poor portrayal of the scene. Because of this the analysis and re-enaction is not able to be used as evidence and viewed suspiciously as trumped up information. The problem with this software is that it is unable to give a clear schismatic of the scene and leaves out important timing and slows down the visual effects therefore creating the illusion of facts left out and probability factor unanswered and unaccounted for.
