The purpose of this proposal is to use a software package to reinvent the scene in direct or simulated physicality format which takes the image of the physical scene and breaks it down into modules to give the court system a slow methodical re-enaction of the scene carried through step by step. I. Forensics Psychologist Analysis of Crime Scenes Evidence Modification & Streamline Proposal (CAD Crime Scene Reinvent) Software Package
II. The purpose of this proposal is to use a software package to reinvent the scene in direct or simulated physicality format which takes the image of the physical scene and breaks it down into modules to give the court system a slow methodical re-enaction of the scene carried through step by step. Minute details will be examined and detailed reports are being compiled to relay to examiner of the proposal the evidence of its feasibility and usefulness. Correlated reports are being checked to further test the software validity and reflect the ration of eliminating errors and the odds of checking, catching and correcting glitches. This new software will reflect the actual crime pieced together to be examined and increase the odds of plausibility to eliminate the ration and odds of errors.
III. Crime Scene Examination Process
A. The creation of several scenarios are being done with the analysis of situational crime and a compiling of evidence for each scene and the initialization will begin the analysis of the recreated scenario with the old CAD system and the new proposed CAD Crime Scene Reinvent Software Package.
Situation 1 – Currently the crime scene is being reenacted by CAD which allows the input of data from the crime but gives a poor portrayal of the scene. Because of this the analysis and re-enaction is not able to be used as evidence and viewed suspiciously as trumped up information. The problem with this software is that it is unable to give a clear schismatic of the scene and leaves out important timing and slows down the visual effects therefore creating the illusion of facts left out and probability factor unanswered and unaccounted for.
B. CAD Crime Scene Reinvent is a prototype presently given to the U.S. Security and Crime Prevention Team that is being utilized by my company. It is one of the most unique futuristic tools that will allow the cut down of investigation

periods and compiled in sequential number format accessible by the Police Department and Investigative Teams only. Testing has revealed that it far exceeds the first version of CAD by its meticulous details and views of several possible scenarios to be examined and the old system will be put into obsolescence and the new CAD Crime Scene Reinvent will be modified and its flexibility increased to incorporate into new written mini programs which will consist of a new computer language to accommodate future changes. Further it will allow a trigger point to point out any inaccuracies or non-logical data that is entered incorrectly. Because of the dismissal of crime forensics evidence and portrayals this new software was devised by my company to accurately reenact crime scenes.
C. Visual effects are increased, to magnify and reflect the new system’s clarity and better visual capabilities and images are modified to slow down the visual effects more and increase clarity of images retain probabilities that can be altered or maintained.
D. All modifications and updates to CAD Crime Scene Reinvent software will be relayed to the U.S. Security and Crime Prevention Team to test effectiveness and sound proof errors or options that they would like to have incorporated in the software package.
E. Funding for the software developers and presentation of this project and initiation into the current police department and investigative team database additions is required. The main theory to be relayed is the conciseness of the software and its relative inexpensiveness to implement and the ability to prove without a doubt the accuracy of information compiled to support the Investigative Team Analysis of the Crime Scene and prosecution of the accused culprit.

F. Further testing of the sequential number format will be deviated and altered for easier accessibility for the Police Department and Investigative Teams only. Additional triggers will be entered and accessibility and functionality will be used for analysis.
IV. Scope
Scope of this software will be allowed to be expanded as it is utilized and a modified and adapted software package can be sold to private investigators. Steps to put software in usage will have to be introduced to the President of the United States, Head of Security and examined by Data Processors of the United States as to the feasibility of usefulness to the Police Departments and Investigative Teams across the United States. The limits of this project is the lack of funds to develop further and by introducing this software it can be developed, expanded, utilized and discreet questionnaires and selective clients are being contacted to check if feasible to continue.

The potential value of this software is priceless and the cut down of dismissals due to lack of conclusive evidence that does not support the crime scenario will help build air tight convictions. 1. My preference for the Multiculturalist Lens is one of my highest choices and has a score of 15.
2. The characteristics that Lorraine possesses that I agree with are that she is able to see what is necessary in any company. That an infusion of all races is important in a diverse cultural society and that everyone has unique capabilities that they can contribute to the overall success of the company. Further allowing input from all cannot but help mediate any present or future problems because these potential hurdles are being approached in the forefront and should alleviate some of the issues that cause misunderstandings in the present or future. Furthermore, as a person who deals with people on a constant basis it is in her favor to treat all fairly and equally and obtain viewpoints from all and incorporate their inputs into modified plans to help the company expand and grow to assist all with diverse issues.
3. This Lens can be used to communicate and work with others because this person is sensitive to the needs of other people and has the ability to provide empathy and meet them on level ground. Also, one of the greatest things about this Lens is centering and knowing that you can help this person or individuals of diverse cultures because the most tantamount goal is to maintain peace and keep productivity at its highest level.
Paul’s response to Andrew would be pretty much the same but he has a more legitimate basis to promote Vicki and not just for the purpose of fulfilling an affirmative action requirement. Further reflected here is a person getting a promotion on bias – but with the appropriate qualifications the promotion becomes a non-biased decision. The Most Powerful Influences on My Life
The most powerful influences on my views of the world was and is my parents, aunt, teachers, family and my vast reading of a multitude of books. My life was affected tremendously by learning to work and starting at an earlier time frame in my life. I began at an early age of five trying to wash dishes at my aunt’s house who I considered a second mother. I was rather a precocious child, observant and willing to watch and learn early.
My mother and father taught me the value of earning a living for myself and provided cautioning advice and discipline which prevented me from getting into trouble. I was my father’s shadow and followed him everywhere and said “I want to be just like you.” and was the son he never had…a typical tomboy who enjoyed fishing, outdoor tasks and learned how to unload, load a truck, change a tire and take items to the dump, scrap yard and helped tear out and remodel a house for him and mom. I remember that I told him that I wanted to learn how to install windows and doors but I waited too late and my father passed away. As I grew up watching my mom struggle to raise nine children and work incessantly and showing the most admirable determination to not beg and be responsible for their care…I am still rather intimidated by the amount of work it took to raise us and have tried to live up and measure up to a fragment of my parent’s worth. Even now I see her and my father as my role model and I want to make my dream come true which is also my parents’ dream for their children is to accomplish what was out of their reach.
These various tasks of labor as well as discipline helped form my character which is rather stern, rigid and with an uncompromising attitude that I am not for sale and cannot be bribed by the trappings of the world, money, prestige, fame,

etc. and is something that I negate as not the highlight of my life, but obtaining my degree is still uppermost in mind and my most precious goal. I still like to have some fun sometimes but I am rather reserved as to whom I associate with because of the lack of similarity, different upbringing, taste, age and the lack of integrity I see in a lot of people determined to destroy this person and that person.
Because of the differences in myself and others my views of the world changed when I moved into a housing structure which included a variety of races from low to medium incomes. Never being exposed to the lack of discipline I found there in a lot of the teenagers and adults shocked my world. Being a rather grouchy person who hates their possessions to be borrowed, worn by others, and stolen I found myself subjected to this rude behavior to my sheer horror and the thought of living in that structure made me act out of character and I became a person who had to evolved to what I call the lowest caliber that I could achieve and became a hostile, mean person that had to stand up for their rights in that commune. Further, the tenants and their company, strangers were invading my apartment and taking my property and coming in on me when I was sleep. I even found some suspicious ashes in my basement that made me suspect that someone was smoking crack in my apartment and this further horrified me because I was responsible for any actions that occurred in my housing structure. My viewpoint changed 360° and I became so stressed that I became ill because of the thought of someone doing weird things, e.g., cutting my hair, stealing my jewelry and God knows what else these people were doing when I slept. My views have changed to acknowledge that not all parents rear their children with responsibility or know where they are or what they are doing. Further, some just don’t care and it is rather a despairing thought that this behavior is allowed, nurtured and passed from generation to generation.

The Most Powerful Influences on My Life
The most powerful influences on my views of the world was and is my parents, aunt, teachers, family and my vast reading of a multitude of books. I remember that I told him that I wanted to learn how to install windows and doors but I waited too late and my father passed away. As I grew up watching my mom struggle to raise nine children and work incessantly and showing the most admirable determination to not beg and be responsible for their care…I am still rather intimidated by the amount of work it took to raise us and have tried to live up and measure up to a fragment of my parent’s worth. Even now I see her and my father as my role model and I want to make my dream come true which is also my parents’ dream for their children is to accomplish what was out of their reach.
These various tasks of labor as well as discipline helped form my character which is rather stern, rigid and with an uncompromising attitude that I am not for sale and cannot be bribed by the trappings of the world, money, prestige, fame,

etc. and is something that I negate as not the highlight of my life, but obtaining my degree is still uppermost in mind and my most precious goal. I still like to have some fun sometimes but I am rather reserved as to whom I associate with because of the lack of similarity, different upbringing, taste, age and the lack of integrity I see in a lot of people determined to destroy this person and that person.
Because of the differences in myself and others my views of the world changed when I moved into a housing structure which included a variety of races from low to medium incomes. Never being exposed to the lack of discipline I found there in a lot of the teenagers and adults shocked my world. Being a rather grouchy person who hates their possessions to be borrowed, worn by others, and stolen I found myself subjected to this rude behavior to my sheer horror and the thought of living in that structure made me act out of character and I became a person who had to evolved to what I call the lowest caliber that I could achieve and became a hostile, mean person that had to stand up for their rights in that commune. Further, the tenants and their company, strangers were invading my apartment and taking my property and coming in on me when I was sleep. I even found some suspicious ashes in my basement that made me suspect that someone was smoking crack in my apartment and this further horrified me because I was responsible for any actions that occurred in my housing structure. My viewpoint changed 360° and I became so stressed that I became ill because of the thought of someone doing weird things, e.g., cutting my hair, stealing my jewelry and God knows what else these people were doing when I slept. My views have changed to acknowledge that not all parents rear their children with responsibility or know where they are or what they are doing. Further, some just don’t care and it is rather a despairing thought that this behavior is allowed, nurtured and passed from generation to generation.

I have just about given up on society and the continual lack of attention to social norms and just feel like walking away but I still hope someone will reach out and save their child.

African Americans of the past and present. Have we evolved?
The lives of the African American during the times of the 1800s were a bittersweet lot oppressed and yet free, seen and not, heard and not, dehumanized, discriminated against to serve a purpose because of the differences of races. During the period from the 1877 forward the government retreated from the South and allowed the Southerners control of their states to govern and write laws to govern all within the states as they decided. Further, because the African Americans outnumbered the white race in the South steps were taken to regain control and many ruthless actions were done to repress and reduce a black man, black woman or black child back to their proper place as the white race decided. The Southerners took revenge against them because of the deprivation of their lifestyle they were used to and position as a political force in the overall picture of American politics. The African Americans became the whipping post due to the South losing its control over this race and ruthlessly set about taking control back to ease their fears of being retaliated against because of the treatment they had issued out to African Americans and the fear of being massacred was a reason they acted so.
During the 1880s according to the census data compiled African American men and females had diverse occupations but were still oppressed and lived in a depressed era . The majority of African American men were unskilled laborers or service workers and this was the only avenue for them to survive. Unfortunately, prejudice and racism was so ingrained that obstacles were placed in front of African American males and females to prevent them from achieving economic success.

The Jim Crow Laws was put in motion which allowed the segregation of the people in many forms, e.g., living quarters, entertainment sections, transportation, educational rights and many others. The right to vote was made hard by being under attack physically, schooling of African American children was hampered due to lack of inadequate funding and appropriate learning material. In 1890 a law was passed requiring separate accommodations for colored (people of mixed ancestry – white and black), black and white passengers on railroads.
The Black Codes were passed throughout the United States to limit the basic human rights and civil liberties of African Americans to control the labor, movements and activities of newly freed slaves. Further, the codes caused the African American males and females to be regulated and placed in an inferior position and treated as if they would not work unless they were coerced. It also emphasized that any individual with 1/8 or more African blood as persons of color and was subjected to the special provisions of the law. Also, these codes were enacted to secure a steady supply of cheap labor which kept the African American males at a disadvantage and enforced the idea of their inferiority. Furthermore, these codes granted African American certain rights such as legalized marriage, ownership of property and limited access to courts and denied them the right to testify against whites, to serve on juries on in state militias or to vote. Also, the Black Codes required African Americans to sign yearly labor contracts and if they did not they could be arrested and hired out to white landowners.

The Black Migration started due to the demand for industrial goods and the need for laborers to work. Many African Americans migrated from the South to acquire better paying jobs for himself as well as for his family. Racial prejudice was still prevalent in the North and the African (Black) American were viewed suspiciously as strike breakers and were attacked, killed and hung.
The Harlem Renaissance movement was the epitome of who African American is and reflects the culture and that is it is a reflection of the best facets of African Americans and that is it signifies an artist dreams relaying artistically of who and what they are. This period served as a turning point for African Americans because it allowed creativity to flow and allowed the mergence of other races to reach out and embrace art, jazz, poetry and transcend it to unknown levels of enjoyment. It is history and life magnified by the African American race and shared by many and enjoyed by a lot of musically inclined, artistic and other people.
African Americans have fought and died to participate in political rallies to try to be viewed as a person of equality with feelings, dignity, honor and pride. Further, African Americans have struggled and fought to pray and have church sessions without fear of reprisals. The African American race culture has diversified and evolved to something besides being a clone of other races.
