FELICIA'S FIGHT FOR THE UNDERDOG PERSISTS OVER AND OVER

Open for the World’s Opinions and Attorney’s Feedback

Please Help Mr. Ernest Edwards!!

To Anyone Who is Curious: What do you think about this … If someone ran you over in the street why are you not good enough to be given personal injury compensation? All vehicles powered by motorized engines are liable for any injury to any pedestrian, bicyclist or any other motorized vehicle and occupants.

This company in my opinion violated his civil rights and gave him nothing … now he is lying in the hospital from the injuries and a severe heart attack due to the stain of the injuries and head injuries that now causes him to have seizures. What does a person have to do be considered a person, to be considered human enough for care to be given to him and care for his personal well-being? Just because he is elderly and black he is being treated in this fashion and forced to try to fight for his right by hiring an attorney when it was clearly evident that this case was an open and shut case in my opinion. I am Felicia McCaw and I know he is entitled to the respect and personal injury compensation and I feel maybe because of his association with me … this is why he is being treated in this way. Others who are nice to me are being treated like s. and I don’t respect anyone who will not honor what they have written and weasel out and won’t give him his due … even if he dies these funds are due to go to his estate and monitored and distributed for possible death benefits .. god forbid.. or whatever for his own use.

I guess I feel too much…but I stay between the lines of legality always.
Understand!

LETTER TO PRESIDENT OBAMA - JUNE 8, 2014

June 8, 2014

To: President Obama

Dear Sir:

I would like to present the issue of co-pays for medicines and doctor’s visits. Sometimes the co-pays are so restrictive that it sometimes prevents people countrywide from getting their medicines and receiving appropriate doctoral care...I believe that it might be racially motivated against people of poverty or impoverished situations.
The doctor’s co-pays also prevent office visits and a person will not be seen unless the co-pay is paid and irregardless of this the doctor is paid sufficient monies anyway for care provided by the doctor to the patient. I realize that they are valuable, knowledgeable and skilled but a person is more than a co-pay and they should be treated in a humane way and given care anyway and not turned away ill, sickly or possible dying. If help is denied them most patients go to the emergency room and it’s more costly than the doctor’s office and is effectively more costly for insurance companies and the state Medicare and Medicaid program.
Also, affecting people as I reiterate again is the prevention of acquiring medications that leaves a patient in a dire condition of not getting well due to the lack of money to cover the co-pays.

This recession affects everyone and we hope that all co-pays can be phased out by an agreeable contractual meeting with the outcome of yes …let’s rid ourselves of co-pays to meet the needs of the poor, foreign and natives of this country. I sincerely hope this can happen…after all what is $10 or whatever when an oath was sworn to help any person in need irregardless of having the money to pay for assistance. They are dishonoring their oath and if they are dishonoring this then their word is nothing and oath is invalidated and is clearly a lie.

I have been through this scenario and been turned away and could not afford all my medications or get medical service and so has my mom and others due to the costliness and bills that consume available resources. This of course is not their personal burden but I feel that in order to be a servant of physician medicine a person needs to be honest with the most rigid of integrity to help all people in need of medical attention. I wish I could have been a doctor I would turn no one away even if they were of dirty, unclean or filthy. I would just be a facilitator to help that person get the needed help they need. I AM NOT THEIR JUDGE – JUST THEIR FACILITATOR TO BETTER HEALTH AND A BETTER WAY OF LIVING.

Please give my request with all due respect a brief perusal and a serious thought and consideration.
We are anxiously awaiting help and I am always out trying to see what people need most and this is dire and pressing situation and dear to my heart.

Thank you.

Felicia McCaw

The Scarcrow Who Walked Alone

Trembling in the wind he balanced himself with help of pole

Crying in wind saying “I’m lonely come and play with me” he whispered over over and over

Boneless and loose he walked a walk of none to copy limping and rolling down roads of scarce and free

Singing a song of tune he exclaimed with delight I have no clothes of decent just threadbare shirt, pants and ragged gloves of shabby worn

Peg a leg they call me kids of mean understood not my sorrow of pain for I lost my leg of free moons ago

Still a happy smile pasted forever long reflect I’m on my duty to watch the crop of plenty season to season all day long

Whether atop a hill of far long or in between I dance a sad long song of cry for company please

Giggling happy in the wind when company arrive he gasp with delight as each bird kiss his cheek soft

Flying high in clouds of mighty he swooped low and narrow turns of fast hard

Claws curved in mighty grasping traps he flies low and captures his meal with smiles of satisfaction wide

Feeding little beaks of hungry quieting cries of hungry he gives rips of bites devoured by little ones cooing with content as hunger satisfied fulfilled long until replete with sleep

Chuckling deep within he graciously accepts chirps of thanks as each burp clear little beaks of smiles of happy

Kissing mate of long he flies far and wide to perch of solitary until feeding time begins again soon near far

Watching sunrise to the sun recedes he towered mighty as God’s Eye and Warrior replete with Lord’s Grace and thanks and heaven’s praise
